Even over here it is so hot with temperatures up to 35C and very warm nights too, I didn't go outside to look at the thermometer. Carole yours is a really pretty one! This year it varies from normal to a heatwave, back to normal and a heatwave again aso. We did have some rain and maybe this evening we will get a little bit, but that does not affect the heat. We don't have wildfires like in Canada or the US, simply because my county is tiny and in a delta. Of course we have some "wild" areas and occasionally there is a fire, mostly by people who throw away a still smoking cigarette, or BBQing in forbidden areas. In dry periods like now the watchtowers will have people on guard that can spot a starting fire and give the alarm to the fire brigade.
We have had a hotter than usual summer, The temps have been in the upper 90sF just about every day for weeks. The humidity has been way up there too. I posted a pick in What are you working on with PSP (in August 2025) of a glacier to try to cool me down. "It didn't do the job though"
Susan thank you so much and like I mentioned to Mary it feels great to have that support. I hope you won't regret the part about "to vent to", but I will use it when needed. My hubby as always doesn't quite know how to react in this kind of situations, so he chooses to do nothing. Oh I can sent him 3 times in a row to a shop without him complaining, but he simply does not know how to give moral support. Therefore I feel lucky to have you all here. ❤️❤️❤️
The weather here has been hot and humid this summer and the challenge at "PaintShop Pro Maniacs" this week is Refreshing, I made this for there but thought I would post it here too. The photo is one I took in Alaska a few years ago The font is Melt Ice Cream, I did a few things with than including using the Outer Glow in Layer Styles.
