Thank you so much Mary. I also have little cheat sheet of techniques i've learned from everyone in the campus. Even if I dont yet understand the technique, I know one day I will and be able to use it. The cool thing about the cutout I did with that clock is that you use it over and over. I can post the Cut Out if you like or FB message it to you. And you can use blend modes to get a similar look too. You might see that in my last lesson....if it all works out.
N = Noodles.....pool noodles
My back yard borders on the elementary school field and the gym teacher Mr. Wilson spends 20minutes explaining the rule of a game (to grade 2-5 kids) and two of the rules were (that day). No biffing each other with the pool noodles and No biting the pool noodles. So, after the 20 minutes explanation of the ins and outs of the game (that even we couldnt follow), he blows the whistle and what do the kids do.....they run around biffing (hitting) each other with the pool noodles. Mr. Wilson is a little high strung, but very entertaining to listen to when we are out in the backyard.
@Susan Ewart Thanks, Susan. Actually, I like your kit. How many different ways to use the word TIME. Great thought and I liked all you did with your kit. Making a QP, or using one from the Pixel Scrapper store or a template from the store would be great to put your papers and elements together. Anyway, the help we get from each other and the encouragement (as well as the training) we get from Cassel makes the effort we put into PSP worthwhile. I've really been a fan of Corel's PSP and Video Studio long before I found this wonderful place. There is so much to learn.
Back to your kit - the very first post you did where you had the clock face and hands "imbedded" in the paper, fascinated me. In fact, I copied and pasted your picture of that paper and your comments on how you did it in a Word document for me to study and play with. There is so much to learn and do.
