Sorry to disappoint you, my photo was taken 2 years ago in Yosemite NP, early in the morning after a cold night. Sadly were I live we don't have that beautiful setting and not much snow. The whole country gets very exited if we have some snow, we don't have snow every winter you know and if it is only a couple of centimeters. I'm always so envious of the wonderful snow photos I see in layouts.
I used PSP. I am currently working on a birthday card for my grandson, Thomas, who loves Tae Kwon Do. The cupcakes were downloaded from Adobe Express. The font is Savate, a variable font from Google. I used the outline font instructions from lab 15-06. I made the candles using the font Birthday Candle from CF. The belts and belt fabric are from another tae kwon do project. I made the picture of Thomas in Canva.
The weather is still very nice over here, so I'm outside most of the time. But here is my first lesson, used Affinity.
Forgot how to make a reverse shadow with AF....and how to use a picture tube on the button. (Don't remember if that excists)
The text shadow was meant to make dreamy feel, so not an "oldfashioned"😂 shadow.
The button is made with the bevel/emboss then rasterized and then the colour.
And now I'm going to see what everyone made as a project. 🙂
Sadly, AI is here and not going away. For now, I'll take a wait and see attitude. Just like when Windows comes out with a new version, best always to wait till the bugs are worked out. Hubby watches a lot of tech shows and one is called Tech Linked. today the host was talking about Google's AI is upscaling all the "shorts" on YouTube to look similar to AI generated because they will be rolling out a new AI generator thingy and want people used to seeing AI-like reels. here's the techy guy (warning: he's kinda wacky, we like him cause he's from where we used to live) the clip is at 1:50 ish. Also check out 8:07 AI social network forms political bubbles. These are AI's making very human decisions. I hope people have a choice to refuse the upscaling and viewers get a choice to only choose video with or without AI.
