Suzy Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 Here is one -- the Greek Key. https://scrapbookcampus.com/the-lab/lab-8-module-11/ Once again, this is a pattern tile. Layered. (I do not see the sense in storing full pages of background papers.) I have maybe 10 of these, all slightly different. 5 5
Suzy Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 (edited) And here is my filled text., Lab 7-1. Notice no jaggies. I made the pattern with the seamless pattern script because, well, it's a lot faster than me making it myself. I also made the flowers, I think with a very short Loom video for Diamond members here. Sheila Hogg Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 Carole gave a fabulous (as always) master class on the out of bounds technique. This is what I did following it whilst it was still fresh in my mind. Images from pixabay. 2 2 12
Michele Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 This is from the June 2017 1-2-3 Challenge. We had to create a page with: 1 Denim paper/element 2 Leather elements 3 Pieces of tape https://scrapbookcampus.com/Community/topic/june-1-2-3-challenge/ 4 10
Sheila Hogg Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 Ah, this little girl is 19yrs old now. This was another technique taught by Carole, Pop Art and another great effect especially if you have less than perfect photos. Made this in 2017. 3 11
Susan Ewart Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 https://scrapbookcampus.com/2022/08/create-a-watercolor-effect-with-psp/ TUT/TECH CHALLENGE - WATERCOLOR (Aug 19, 2022) This tutorial for this challenge is from the Blog Pst (Aug 15, 2022 Create a Watercolor Effect with PSP). 14
Cristina Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 Wow, going through everything posted on this thread proves Carole's ability, patience, and effort in teaching so many different techniques using PaintShop. In my view, you provide outstanding work which is not to be easily found (if at all ) on the web. 1 4
Cristina Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 (edited) Like Michele, I also found one layout from another 1-2-3 Challenge. It was in July 2017, and everything was new to me. 1 letter, 2 sequin elements, and 3 photos. I used cass-weather sequins freebies. But there is a tutorial on the Campus and a script on the Store. Cristina Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 (edited) This page has been created following two tutorials: Wire Text and Polka Dot Pattern. The last one is very easy to make but has a great effect, in my opinion. It was for the " Love Story Challenge" (2018). It has been renamed, and it is now "Masks Workshop". I loved this lesson, too. When I showed the result to my artist daughter, she corrected me by saying she doesn't use paper with a canvas texture when she does watercolors. Oops! This is an image of the Dutchess County Fair. 1 2 8

This is an image of the Dutchess County Fair. that's funny, I used canvas too and I have oodles of WC paper in my studio; hot press, cold press, various manufacturers and some random water media papers. I used to make watercolor backgrounds for Calligraphy (which I was not good at - heavy handed lefty). I liked making them, most got cut up and used in projects. Wish I'd kept them and photographed them for backgrounds. I'd like to start making them again but my painting muscles are weak that would take away time from all the digital stuff I'm trying to learn. 2
Susan Ewart Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 https://scrapbookcampus.com/promo/double-page-workshop/lesson-3/ DOUBLE PAGE WORKSHOP - Lesson 3 I never thought I'd ever use or do a double page. I was wrong. When you just have too much to say in a layout, a double page is the way to go. My lesson 3 looks like it's an advertising for grain silos. 1 12

Corrie Kinkel Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 After Bootcamp and some more trying to make stuff on my own, I did the Basic Scrap Course which at that point, early 2020, had only 5 lessons. Later number 6 and 7 were added and this is the layout I made in 2022 for number 7 where we had to create a cluster, text stripes, a scalloped mat, a frame and the text not on a straight line. I must admit that the later 2 editions ere a lot easier to do than the first 5 when I was a newbie at scrapping. 1 14
Corrie Kinkel Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 This is a layout from last year's Card Workshop, where I made this card as an invitation, but I have kept a copy as a PSP-image and have used it since with other text for other occasions and with changed colors too using the Hue and Saturation. How to use that command is referred to in many tutorials, classes and workshops because it is so easy to use and give totally different results. At first I found it a bit difficult to understand, how to play with the settings, but now a use it on a regular basis because it keeps the opacity of the element I want to change the color of. 14
Corrie Kinkel Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 I can't remember nor find when or where we had a tutorial about SubwayArt; it must have been around Christmas time because I used all the words for Happy Christmas in different languages. I made a card out of it and have used it to send that year (I think it was in 2020) 2 12
Rene Marker Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 I was doing a layout with a purchased kit for a challenge on another site but it was missing an element I really wanted for the layout. So I came here and found that Carole had done a tutorial for that element! Plastic Canvas | Scrapbook Campus 6 8
Donna Sillia Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 The Vectors workshop inspired me to make a Christmas train. The engine was a preset shape that I modified. I made Santa a few years ago. The Christmas ornaments and the snowman are from Cassel, and the elf is from an elf Christmas card that was also from Cassel. The wheels are preset shapes. 2 11

Donna Sillia Posted September 8, 2023 Posted September 8, 2023 (edited) I love dandelions, and this project was inspired by the June Forum Challenge using a Creative Fabrica Font. The pictures are all my own. The background is from a nighttime desert photo by my grandson. The dandelion seeds were made with Particle Shop. Edited September 8, 2023 by Donna Sillia 4 12
