Dan Greenwood Posted Monday at 05:55 PM Posted Monday at 05:55 PM Thank you for this class! Also, for your Black Friday classes! I just viewed "A Beautiful Mess," and the mention of Brusheezy.com alone was worth it, as it got me free watercolor brushes. Which I used to create this: 7 5

Corrie Kinkel Posted Monday at 10:46 PM Posted Monday at 10:46 PM With this layout I combined day 6 with the Song Challenge from this week and I'll post it over there too. I used the template for this 6th day and the papers are from Jessica Dunn - Wild-Wood-Thicket. The enamel leaf and the smaller leaves are from her too in Autumnbramble . The leaves scatter is made with my own picture tubes, the photo is by me and the ropes are from Carole but I have recolored them to go with my colors. 2 9
Mary Solaas Posted yesterday at 12:33 AM Posted yesterday at 12:33 AM  OKAY - 5. Not happy with it, but it is what it is! I took this picture when Laurie and I visited San Francisco and there were a lot of sailboats on the Bay 3 7

Gold party hat is from PS Janet Kemp, other party hat is by Sheila Reid, the cake is by Marisa Lerrin. I'm not sure where I got the balloons. I have used font on a path many times; I don't know why it fought me this time, but it did. However I won out! Â Happy Birthday, Mary, looks like a great party was held. Bijzonder mooi. Thank you, Jannette, the blue font is Cooper Black, not one I have used very often. In this instance, because the village is called Coopers Creek, I thought the font relevant. I used Alien Skin 5:Impact to give the font a bevel, sort of reminds me of jelly beans. 5

Daniel, I got a great Black Friday deal for PSP2023 Ultimate a couple of weeks ago NZD60. I also downloaded the Humble Bundle set as well. I am using 2023 for some of these pages, no glitches yet, I'm not waiting for any, either 4 1

Anita Wyatt Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Here is my page 5:The Falkenhaus (Falcon House) is an iconic building in downtown Wuerzburg with a bright yellow rococo façade. The building was severely damaged during World War II, before being reconstructed using old photos to match its historic appearance. This 18th-century guesthouse today contains the tourism office and the municipal library. I used to spend a lot of time in that library. Font is Gil Sans Ultra Bold, scatters and cluster are from Digital Scrapbooking, and papers are mine. I used the brick texture on the red background and cork on the brown paper. 1 7
Cristina Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago It's always great to browse all the layouts posted for this workshop.  They are very creative and inspiring. I am still working on Lesson 7 and need two or three more photos.  I decided to use a different template, as I could not think of anything with the given one.  Maybe next time. As I am traveling for a few days tomorrow, I'll only finish once I'm back. Carole, as always, I enjoyed participating in this workshop and being in the company of all the participants who shared their work. 🙂  3

fiona cook Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago I have worked on two of my projects for the Text workshop taking into account some comments. I have really enjoyed this workshop and also want to say thank you to Carole. For my Night Sky image I added a few shadows as suggested and then having looked at 'A Beautiful Mess' Masterclass again, played around with effects to make the blank area look more interesting. There is so much spontaneous creativity demonstrated in that Cassel tutorial. For the Zuki project, I put a few of the Text Workshop techniques together as I knew I was due to make a greetings card for her. I had to fiddle a bit getting a larger font to fit into my Africa shape. Apologies for corny poem though. Thanks for all your ideas participants and thank you again Carole. 3 4
