thank you Carole.  I think one of the layouts I put in wrong, cut and pasted only and didn't use the little insert icon (I wont forget that again). I remembered on the second one to follow the correct instructions.

Starting to work on ecards.   I tend to favour 5x7 size.   This is one of 3 I've done today.  I can  slot different photos into the empty paces provided.    I've yet to   write a  personal message  in the space below.  Simple subtle framing.  I use the same techniques in my more elaborate frames.  Cutout, inner bevel, drop shadow, and buttonize.

Susan: I still couldn't see your posts here in the forum so I went to the Gallery and rolled on the floor laughing at your "restaurant on the moon ad!" It is hilarious! The headline RESTAURANT OPENS ON THE MOON, NO ATMOSPHERE, is brilliant. I liked it so much I copied it and shared it with my daughter (hoping you won't mind), so we could laugh together.

Corry my husband is fortunately cured of the virus, He no longer lives at home, because of dementia (not Alzheimer's but Louis Body's) he is staying in a care home. For that reason, he did not infect me. From last Saturday I was able to visit him again.  Today I brought him a very extra vitamin-rich smoothie for lunch because he is strongly weakened by the virus. I also cut his hair and trimmed his beard.

Jannette that is a very unfortunate situation with your husband, I hope he is in a home that takes good care of the people that live there. I haven't had a good experience with carehomes when my mother had to go to one. Good to hear has made it through. In the mean time I got corona from my husband and only a couple of weeks after the hip surgery it is not that good. My husband is ok now, he wasn't very sick, but it is hitting me harder. But it happened, so I have to sit it out, back to the paracetamol to get some relief from all the aching muscles and of course no fysiotherapie sessions this week.

Of course Ann, I don't mind.  It actually came from this Auto Lube shop that puts up a funny quote on their sign board.  Some of them are so funny.  I drove by and had to keep saying it over and over until I got home to write it down.

Another funny one this week for Halloween:  I tried to tease a Vampire yesterday.....he didnt bite!  ?

And my all time favorite:  I was looking through the blinds at my neighbour....he's so creepy.

I wished I had taken pictures of them, there is a new one every month and a different ones for special occasions.

Corrie and Jannette, I hope your loved ones (and you Corrie), are getting better.  Being sick and trying to rehab is not a good combination.

Linda:

That beautiful image you made Linda, I meant every year's number of PSP. Maybe you made it in PSP 2023,  I work mostly in PSP 2020 but I have 2021 as well. Hopefully this is clear enough. ? If not let me know.

Corrie:

I wish you full recovery soon of the coronavirus. I hope your husband is taking good care of you. And indeed paracetamol is working the best. And good sleep too; During sleep people recover the most I'm told.

love you both, Lynda and Corrie.

October was a very busy month with a big deadline for me on the last day. That has passed, and I'm exhaling with relief.

When I saw (and grabbed) Marie-Claire's lovely Autumn Memories template, I just wanted to get on it, but it had to wait. I was able to work with it (much to my surprise) and came up with this. Wee ghosties are Carole's picture tubes. Photo is one I took at the dog park where I often walk. I love autumn so much and just want to try and capture the amazing colours all around.

Thanks for sharing M-C.

Ann, this is hilarious.  My husband was building me a better computer and he had it offline while doing it.  When it was finished he turned it on and let Microsoft do all the updates.  MS Office (therefore MSWord) stopped working!  Turns out they put a patch in for something and  a whole lot of people couldn't use MS Office.  I'll have to hear the story tomorrow, but he did text me to tell me he was a computer God!

I love this kind of humour.  thanks for the laugh.
