I decided to try and grow some vegetables last year. I picked peas and pumpkins. OMG! pumpkins take so much room and they were growing all over the garden and onto the grass, only to get 2-3 small pumpkins. They took over everything. and the peas, well you'd need to plant a ton of them to get peas through the summer. I was so exciting to get some pods off of the 2 plants I planted. I ate them in a day and that was that. I agree, so much easier to buy them. I'll stick with flowers that I want to photograph. Although I've have really nice cosmos again this year I have not had time to photograph them and they are almost finished for the year. I must plan better or be better at planning.🙃 -

I can only imagine what she thought when she saw those!!! I used to have a huge garden and grew a lot of vegetables. Now it's just easier to go 5 minutes down the road and buy them from the farm stand! -
