Still confused ..  I saved the link to my bookmarks as Ann suggested and remembered this time to click it ,  but I feel as if I have posted this on Susans page! Do I start a new topic at the at the top of the boot camp page or click like I  think I just did ...on reply !!  apologies Susan if I have it wrong again.

I have used the graduated  paper and the glitter  from Creative Fabrica,

Here is the link to the Forum and Gallery tutorials. It should help guide you through where to post what and how to do it.

  2. @Sue Thomas and @Susan Ewart I'm lucky right now to live in a small town on Long Island just outside of NYC. It's pretty quiet around here other than the alarm from the fire station around the block (all volunteers out here so when they need the firefighters, the alarm is loud). I love listening to the birds in the morning, especially in the spring when the babies are chirping for breakfast. Even when a train from the LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) passes by, I only hear the whistle which makes me feel like I'm out in the country. Nothing I can do about the light pollution, though. When I lived upstate, we could easily drive over to Lake Ontario and the sky was beautiful. On a clear day, we could see Canada. I even saw the northern lights one night.

I haven't got a clue what it is like to live in a city, or any built up area. All I know is that I couldn't live  in any urban area. I regard myself as being very lucky, that I was  born into farming, married a farmer, and finally ended up here on a  prairie farm.  Both my children were born into farming, and still live in rural areas.  My granddaughters were born into farming too.  It's a wonderful lifestyle.  It  doesn't suit everyone though, thankfully we are all different.

I grew up in Brooklyn, went to school in a small college town upstate, and then lived in Rochester, NY for a while. I moved back downstate to Long Island to be near my family. While the convenience in the city or the suburbs is great, I've often longed to live a quiet life on a farm. At the very least I could see the sky without all the bright lights hiding it.

I am really enjoying my Creative Fabrica membership. The house and the black pumpkin was generated with CF Spark Crystalline, The witch and the pumpkins with witch hats are from deeezy.com. The moon is from a Hawksmoor brush, and the spider webs are from Janet Kemp. The dead tree, the bats, the spiders and the witch on a broom are preset shapes converted from a Halloween font called Groovy Night dingbats from Creative Fabrica. The title is a font called Ghost Party, also from Creative Fabrica. The Ghost Rider is a photo of my grandson made up for Halloween. The fence is a tube.

I love my CF subscription, too. What a fun project you created! I love how you integrated so many different things into it.

We had one of those at our drive-in theater! He loved wandering through the parked movie-goers scaring the daylights out of them through their car windows! His name is Pennywise from the film "It" by Stephen King.

Pennywise scares the heck out of me. The original one was played by Tim Curry who can be terrifying.

  6. Did this one back in 2016 after watching a Corel tutorial. (It was before the wonderful Spooky master classes that Cassel offers.) I changed it up a bit in 2021. Corel even gave me props on the original! I was as excited as a kid on Christmas morning.
