  1. I agree. Wish I had joined the group, but the Workshop will be available to diamond members.
  2. Susan - I am with you! Love you to pieces!
  3. Getting close to the end of the year. Think I will be able to finish this project before the end of the year. This is the day before our visit in the town of Lawrenceburg, KS.
  4. The next day. Heading to home.
  5. I've been working on making preset shapes. I needed an arrowhead and a shield for some things I've been thinking of. They required me (at least I thought so) to use two vector shapes to complete each project. I couldn't for the life of me remember how Cassel told us to export a couple of shapes as one complete shape. So I looked at the workshop and in Lesson 2 she describes how you have to highlight all the layers and then GROUP them. Well, that worked and so now I have a shield and an arrowhead.
  6. Prayers in this corner also for both you and your husband.🙏
  7. Next day Laurie and Joe took a trip in the Rocky Mountains - Front Range.
  8. No, not done yet. Just a few more pages to do, but I'm just stopped for a bit until my mojo reappears.
  9. My mojo has escaped again and so I've been playing around, This summer I took a snapshot of a wall covering that I thought would make a good background. This morning I took a square of it and make it a pattern. Then I worked on the pattern and made it an overlay and reduced the opacity to 50% and then made a copy of it and put it in my Textures file. Then I made a paper of blue color and used effects>texture effects and this is what I came up with.
  10. Just fooling around. Made a pillow. Used the Vector Paint script with Cass' embroidery stitch (2 separate layers) and then the eraser tool on each of those layers to achieve the look I wanted. Playing with the inner bevel, the outer bevel, and drop shadow (puffy flower setting given by Cassel in one of our classes, but adjusting it somewhat).
  11. Dee, I think you meant to post this in the Bootcamp forum.
  12. @Anja Pelzer Thank you. Do plan on getting it printed. Likely to end up being about 40 pages.
  13. Day 14 - Sunday. Daisy, leaves and ribbon are from PS - DB Magnolia.
  14. And now to the Garden of the Gods.
  15. @Susan Ewart I usually play with the Elevation when I don't like the color - lowering the number of the elevation usually darkens the body and raising the number lightens it. Hope that helps. Like your layout! You, Ann and Sue are quite the photographers. I'm one who uses the automatic settings - however Canon usually doesn't let me down with that.
  16. And now into Colorado - travel day.
  17. This is the next day. thank you for your kind words.
  18. And on to the next page in this travel saga.
  19. Next day - Joe and Laurie visit the Snowy Range Park.
  20. @Sue Thomas The days of crouching and crawling around on the ground is coming to a close for this year. It does pay off though, along with a lot of patience, it can be very rewarding. Everything is my own work. Pin, paperclips, sequin, polaroid images. Carole's corner punch, and lifted corner script. The background paper is from from another photo I took on the same day, lightened. Love your layouts.
  21. Autumn is here. The picture was taken by my granddaughter Victoria in Harper Valley, WV. I'm still having fun. Not sure what I will do for Winter.
  22. And here is my Spring use of the pspimage I created.
