Scrap Bootcamp-Day 9-Project #4. I rotated the photos as I had horizontal ones from my daughter's ski vacation in Colorado last week. Aaron and Deb were visiting her daughter-in-law, Lucy's parents; Magic & Raja's other grandparents. The background is also her photo. The title fonts are Belisha and Birdy. The troll, gem scatters and skis are from my Iceland mega kit.

Sue, I had the same problem but I went ahead with the jpg file and converted it to a template. I also rotated the photo area, which ended up screwing up my shadows but I didn't realize that until later. It was tricky converting Carole's shadows which created the "slipped in" effect but I did it (even if it turned out sideways! 😉 ) I did download the psp file later but had already done so much work that I was unwilling to start all over again!

Michele, I had the same problem at first but Carole replaced the zip file with one including a layered template. I went and downloaded it again.

Golly, Julie, you beat me to it! My childhood seems to be identical to yours, even in the same era. Fun story, my mom also dearly wanted me to play with dolls while I was outside swinging lassos. She was deeply disturbed when she found my only doll strung up on my bedroom doorknob with its neck in a hangman's noose! In later years when I was less horse crazy, I found the American Girl doll in a store, but she refused to get it for me, afraid I'd repeat my action from years earlier, I guess. 🤠🐎

DAY 7 - My fantasy Viking River Cruise. 😉 (For the new members; I"ve done this before with a fantasy trip to Gabarone, Botswana, Africa.) I mostly used the kit Carole offered, True Heart. The gold leaf is from Nellie Bell. The title font is Belisha and the journaling font is Franklin Gothic Medium. This color scheme is a bit of a departure for me as I usually use bright, primary colors or deep tones.

The next Bootcamp layout features one of my favorite little birds. They visit when I'm out filling their feeders and impatiently scold me. Their voice is high-pitched and metallic sounding. They fly back and forth from trees across the street for one seed at a time, making them very busy, indeed. The title font is "itsadzokes01." The side font is "Before the Rainbow." The photo is by Joan Diamond. The cartoon birds are from Dreamstime. The wood flower is from the kit - cpjess-wildwood thicket.

Ha ha! Me, too! I had the same feeling when it was listed. ❤️

When I was growing up, my father worked on, what at the time was the Erie Railroad. Now it is Amtrak, and he kept his pocket watch on Standard Time as that was the rule for his job. The trains had to run on time! He was Chief Night Dispatcher and most of the traffic he directed was freight.
