I've lost my invite to attend the Master Class this afternoon. Help.

Here is my take on the Sketch. The pictures of the Grand Canyon were taken by me on a trip we took in 2008. Winter hung on a long time that year and though it was in the later part of May, snow was coming in as we drove through the South Rim road. I really wanted to take pictures of the Colorado River at the bottom of the canyon and it really showed up as we drove further down the road and stopped off at one of the areas where you could get close to the edge. The colors used were from the palette obtained with the 2nd Palette Script. I also used the ClipToIt script. I made a pspimage template of the sketch. All the elements and papers are mine. The title font is Aryaduta.

I just knew that that old pen tool was involved. I'm becoming used to using a tablet and pen and the pen tool I'm trying to get used to (the one in PSP).

Marie-Claire - I really like this layout. Everything flows together well. I am interested on how you did the edging to the scalloped side paper.

OK - I tried again. Open the Nexus Font and SELECT THE UNINSTALLED FONT, open PSP and the font will appear in the font window in PSP. GREAT!!!
-
Doesn't seem to work. Did I not hold my mouth just right?
-
So I installed Nexus Font Viewer and by itself it is great. Now - How do I get PSP 2022 to recognize its folders when I want to choose an uninstalled font but one which is in Nexus Font Viewer?
-
There it is!! Cute cats. Always like what DBMagnolia posts.

Susan Ewart: My daughter-in-law, Laurie, who has a BS in Graphic Design, tells me that this is a course in graphic design.

Carole - thank you for the gifts you give us all through the year. I am thankful to be a part of your far-flung family. Merry Christmas to you and your family - those close at hand, and those far away.

Still working on the Alphabet Challenge started early in 2022. I'm only on O, but plodding my way through. O is for Oklahoma. All the elements are my own except the state flag (got it on the internet), the map of Oklahoma (got it on the internet also), and the picture of the buffalo in the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Preserve (got it on the internet also). Love google.

Weather patterns are so interesting. We in Memphis, TN (middle of the USA) we had a drop of about 50 degrees in one day (yesterday - Thursday). Some here lost power briefly today (Friday), but essentially we are OK. Churches and other institutions opened their doors for those who needed a heated place to stay.
Merry Christmas to all.

Praying for you and your family, Cindy.

Thanks, Michele. appreciate that as I really admire your work.

jEvidently when I resized it my paper clip did not get included.

Tried my hand at this. The torn edge was interesting, but I think I need more work on that. The torn edge, the twill tape, the denim paper, the metal star paper clip. The center picture I developed from a background from PS and various watercolor elements from Creative Fabrica. The font is from Creative Fabrica also - I think it is Ballpark.

Ann - did you ever decide what to do with the 2022 Word Album? Maybe the light colored areas could be used as masks to highlight happenings in the year 2022 and placed on a layout. I skipped that gift on the countdown and now I miss it and would like a copy! LOL.
-
I will join in. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everybody also. Thanks Sue for the art and elements you gave us through Carol's Countdown. Trish - thank you for the neat backgrounds you gave us earlier this month.
Thank you all for the neat layouts you have posted - beautiful and wonderful inspirations for us.
Ann Seeber - congratulations on the new grandbaby to be - and to the parents.
Love you all - wonderful friends with a common interest.

Thank you all. It has been a wonderful week and I got to hold baby Wade yesterday. What a delight!
I've been having fun trying to figure out how to do that special deal with the script text and making a place for background in back of it. Well, I finally figured it out and this is the result. The picture is of some of the decorations my granddaughter (mother of Wade) has put out for Christmas. Yes, I extracted it. The background snow scene is from Marissa Lerin (PS). The rest is mine.
