  3. I have been making Christmas Cards for my two youngest grandsons. I used Carole's letters and my picture of Phillip at the computer. Everything else is from Creative Fabrica.

  4. Reading the blog 'how to create a festive snowglobe' gave me the idea for a birthday card (could double up as Christmas card) for a friend of mine who likes gonks. I made the gonk pictured by needlefelting, photographed him, cut him out with Smart Selection brush and the edit mode, adjusted his colour a bit and used him as the element for the snowglobe. A suggestion at the end of the instructions was to darken the edges. I used the Lighten and Darken tool but couldn't think how else to do that.

  6. This beautiful book will be read over and over. Pete's daughter in law prints off the photos they have taken as a family in a simple soft cover book monthly ( she has some sort of subscription she uploads to with a set quantity of pictures) and her two young children love to go through them over and over and over. Your magnificent creation is much more elaborate and a consistent story line that Xavier will learn to read from as well! Your talent shines as glossy as those pages! Priceless. Thanks for sharing with us.

  8. It's always fun solving puzzles! Of any kind! Even the ones presented in the script studying! And don't forget trying to figure out how someone came up with that - texture! element! paper! template!

  10. Thank you Carole. I enjoyed doing them all. Maybe I've been missing out, not doing jigsaw puzzles. Or is it because it's digital and only 40pce? Yup.

  11. A lovely present Carole and I like the consistency in the style of the photos. I have made a photobook as a present this Christmas for my husband and his brothers of memories of their late mother. We have so many photos of her so it is nice to have one record of the best of them. The skills I have been learning at the Campus, for which I am grateful, have been put into practice. I just hope the photobook doesn't upset them at Christmas time.

  14. WOW Michele! That's generally the way I attack a jigsaw puzzle too, but the cookies got in the way as they were the main focus in this puzzle. I've really slowed down.
