Magazine WS 2024 Back Cover (Lesson 7 in the workshop) Some more interesting camera that belonged to my grandfather. Except the mini spy camera that I got a few years ago from an auction. Not sure how much spying could get done with that teeny tiny camera. It still has film in it too! -

Magazine WS page 6 (Lesson 5 in the workshop) In the top row the Nikon was my brothers (who got me into photography) and the Minolta next to it was my sister-in-laws who was a manager at camera store, I would later go one to work for the same company (different province) and was a mini-lab supervisor developing and printing film negatives. The middle camera on the bottom row is a sort of stand-in for what was my first camera (Ricoh KR-10), I wish I had kept it. And the bottom right camera is the Pentax K1000 one used in many schools, and one which I used in high school photography class. The Canon and Praktica were ones I picked up at thrift stores. -

What a beautiful layout Corrie. Your background is really nice. I really like the corner punches and I've yet to use them, also the technique of Split Frame I've never tried before. It makes a really beautiful layout. -

You are absolutely right, this hard working bee which was totally oblivious to you shooting it is a honey bee. Also the split frame technique used looks great using circles. Isn't it a great technique! It can be used and modified to create the layout you are looking for. The cut out text on a curve, continues the overall flow of the page. Rounded off by one of Carole's corner punches. Which I feel are never used often enough in layouts. A simple, yet elegant page. Beautifully executed. I can see you using the split frame technique more often in your pages.
