I did the first project ( table setting) and it came out just as the example. I thought I would try some effects. Some things worked as I expected and some things didn't. 🙃

Dee, I think you meant to post this in the Bootcamp forum.

  2. @Susan Ewart I usually play with the Elevation when I don't like the color - lowering the number of the elevation usually darkens the body and raising the number lightens it.  Hope that helps.  Like your layout!  You, Ann and Sue are quite the photographers.  I'm one who uses the automatic settings - however Canon usually doesn't let me down with that.

These layouts are very pleasing to my eyes, Mary. Is this still Day 10? You usually label each page, and you didn't this time. Like Corrie said, this will be a wonderful, coherent album of your fascinating trip.

This is the next day.  thank you for your kind words.

  4. @Sue Thomas

The days of crouching and crawling around on the ground is coming to a close for this year.  It does pay off though, along with a lot of patience, it can be very rewarding. Everything is my own work. Pin, paperclips, sequin, polaroid images.  Carole's corner punch, and lifted corner script.  The background paper is from from another photo I took on the same day, lightened.

     Love your layouts.

Carole has so many wonderful techniques, remembering them all, and where they are can be a challenge in its self.  I have started to use this technique to create some Christmas decorations. Using winter scenes.  You matched the colours well. Looks like your flower bed  is on a bank sheltered  by a hedge.  With the flowers facing towards the sun.

Actually, that was the case.  I had to go back to look where I took that from and that was the case.  I was standing at the bottom of a slope and the hedge was at the top of the slope and the flowers were just under it.  I know that your winter scene will be beautiful.  Love your pictures of the Hudson Valley.  The colors are so vivid.  It is beautiful country.  In fact the whole of New York state is beautiful.  I only saw the upper region of it, but I loved the views.

Strangely, I was able to convert them. I wonder where the issue is.

Since I'm sticking with 2022 Ultimate, I'll just pass - the neon idea is what got me to download them (I've since deleted the download).  Will work with your neon instructions.

I have just purchased a membership for Creative Fabrica instead of Adobe Express. Does anyone have experience with Creative Fabrica and their CF Spark?

I did too.  CF Spark is ok and I have used it several times with good results.  Also have been able to download fonts and graphics which are not the freebies.

  8. Still working on it.  I guess this is about midway in the total trip.  We are now in Wyoming and will be there for a couple of days.  The campground is 7000 feet, and with my COPD, it is pretty tough breathing at first.  Second day I felt better and went with Joe and Laurie to some of the places they went to on this day. The flag and seal for Wyoming is from the web and the curvy road sign is from Pixel Scrapper (also the 2 rv's on the concrete road).
