  1. Oh, those are cute dingbats!
  2. Freebies are great resources that you can find in many places to build a library of elements, graphics, and tools. Since they are free, they are available to all. For this challenge, I would love to see how you can use the fence available on the store blog. Grab this fence HERE. How will you use this fence?
  3. You CAN be seen if you have a camera and if you turn it on. No need for makeup (I never wear any!)

    Campus Dozen

You can certainly post some of the projects you have done. Don't try to use scripts. For now, just show what you have done, during the Bootcamps, or the workshops. You have done several projects already.
  5. You are correct. It is clue #8. I am sure Susan might keep you up-to-"date" on this. ?
  6. I just repeat what works. You don't hear about the flops! ?
  7. That is clue #7. You likely were very very close to it if you checked all those locations.
  8. Hi @Doska St. Welcome to our community. You will find a lot of inspiration in our gallery, our blog, and our forum, even if you are not using PSP (yet). Maybe you can join our Bootcamp in October, and download the trial version of PSP for that period. Although the scrapbooking part should be easy for you since you are already familiar with digital work, it might be a simple (and fun) way to get acquainted with PSP, before buying it (the trial is good for 30 days). As for showing some PI projects, I would suggest you post them in this thread, as it is an intro for you. If you were to post in challenges for example, it would have to be clearly indicated that it is made with PI so that viewers won't assume it was made with PSP. And if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. We are here to help each other.

    Campus Dozen

Can you point to a class, a tutorial, or a blog article that you used to make this project?
  10. Don't worry. You have still a few days to go. Which ones did you get so far?
  11. That is one of the main goals of those hunts!
  12. Go slowly, and you'll get there.

This one does not show. Can you edit the post?

    Campus Dozen

There are 12 years of content, tutorials, classes, and members' participation! Although the old forum photos didn't carry over to the new one, the forum is still available as an archive with the photos!
  15. It is even hard to imagine what I would do 10 years down the line. When I started the Campus, it was just a little side hustle. I still had a full-time job and still had young adult children at home. Now, I am an empty nester and retired from my job, which allows me more time to be with you all! Let's go for another 10-12 years!

    Campus Dozen

A major part of the Scrapbook Campus is and has always been teaching. Since the very beginning, 12 years ago, we have offered tutorials and classes to help our members learn more about PaintShop Pro and digital scrapbooking. As part of our celebration, you are encouraged to show off what you have learned. In this thread (and this thread only), post projects you have completed, following at least one tutorial or class from the Campus. Here are the rules: ONE entry per post (don't post two or three images in a single post) you need to LINK to the class, tutorial, or blog post that you learned from you can post as many projects as you want but you can get a maximum of 10 entries the random draw will take place on September 11th Suggestions: make sure you resize your project images to 600 pixels before posting in the forum if you can avoid posting all 10 entries at once, it will make us discover your work little by little; it is not necessary, but might be fun if you space your post a bit (Sept 6-10) Now, let's have fun. Let's show off what has happened in the last 12 years.
  17. So what will you be doing this week with the Campus Dozen activities? Will you come to the Party? Join the Treasure Hunt? 12 years of existence is a great milestone for any online hub, don't you think? Let's chitchat about it.

    JBR files

JBR files are the very old JASC BRushes file format. You will need to import them, and in the process, you should see what they look like so you can select the ones you want. So, go to File > Import > Custom Brush and on the left pane, navigate to the jbr files you want. You should then see them in the left pane and select the ones you want to import and click Add.
  19. For our 12th-year Anniversary Celebration, we will be hosting a TREASURE HUNT for you and add an entry to win great prizes. All the clues will be available on this page, on September 7th. If you are stuck, you can ask questions in this thread. To keep it interesting, I would ask that nobody give the direct answers or the direct URL for any clue. I don't want anyone to get frustrated, but I also want you to visit the Campus (don't worry, there is no walking involved). Have fun!
  20. Canada would be happy to see everyone again. Next time, come to New Brunswick!
  21. It is a new month and new projects. Show off what you are working on in September be it a scrapbook page, a collage, a tutorial, or anything else you want. We are curious and want to see, learn, and get inspired. These threads are quickly becoming a fantastic source of inspiration, support, and friendship. Keep them coming! Remember to size down your image to about 600x600 pixels and save it in .jpg format before posting it (if you are creating a double page, you can resize it to 1000 pixels in width if you don't want to post the pages separately). Here are a few guidelines for everyone: when you post a project, give as much information on your sources or techniques used. It will help others who are curious and would like to do the same. if someone uses something that you like on their page, ask where they got it. Sometimes, you can go get it too and it will be better quality than trying to extract it (as it would have been resized to post in the forum anyway). if it is something that they did from scratch, ask how they did it. It would be so helpful to everyone! if you like a photo and would like to “play with it”, ALWAYS ask permission. Sometimes, there are some limitations and the person is not allowed to let others use it. Don’t get them in trouble. Usually, people are happy to say yes (if they can) when you ask politely. And if you get permission, you might get a better-quality image than the resized image anyway.
  22. In September, our monthly theme is Coffee. Are you a coffee fan? How do you take your coffee? With milk? Cream? Sugar? Do you prefer it hot or cold? What kind of coffee do you like? There are so many kinds, coming from different parts of the world. Can we find words associated with coffee to make up our alphabet game? Let's go!
  23. The theme for September is COFFEE, which is a pretty popular drink for many people. There are different ways to make coffee, but it can also be associated with gathering and other little treats to eat. Do you have a story about coffee? Share that story, with or without photos. Let's go! Post your project in the gallery.
  24. Yes, I was thinking the same thing!
  25. They are very thin. Also, one of them even opens. There is also the fact that the trunk is round so I didn't want to add more thickness in the middle of the doors for them to stick out even more. With pieces on the sides, it makes them a little more "flush" to the bark.
