I found a new to me group on FB, Creative Scrapbooker Magazine's Sketchy Group. They offer a sketch each month. I used the April sketch and flipped it to create a double page.5 points

Me too and I noticed on the last couple of pages she showed here that she said she wasn't happy with what she had created lately. To me she sounded a bit down and I hope she will come back as soon as she is ready. Hopefully she is checking in to see what we are up to and read this and knows we miss her!4 points

K = keys Keys from the "Big Three" automobile companies from the US. These are keys my hubby had lying around. Keys for cars are different now, in fact I just push a button for one of my cars, which is confusing when I drive the truck and am sitting in it looking for the push start (that one uses a key). Font is Limosin and I used a cut out for the title, hid the orig.vector layer so only the cutout remained. forgot to add, blend mode used and a mask. the background is Riley B Graphics (Creative Fabrica).3 points

Apologies. You are correct. I thought that Jannette was just listing them as if it was column 1, column 2, column 3, etc. I should be more careful in reading when it is after midnight!3 points

The L is for our collection of Lilliput Lane miniature buildings. Many years ago we visited the southwest of England a couple of times and on our first visit saw those adorable miniature replicas of iconic British cottages, churches, shops etc. We bought some and since then bought more each time we went to England or Scotland (sorry Sue no Wales). Some we have on display and I sometimes change them.3 points

Back to the Labs. Lab 14 mod 4. Requirements: pawprint paper using the bubbles to make large and small paw prints colored in many colors - background (the background paper for the pics I made also using a different technique); paper text: the side bar: "a dog's life". The title font is Adventure Island Script.2 points

That's really neat Bonnie, love the idea of the double page and this kind of layout works so well for a large group. And glad to see you back. Now we must put an alert out for Julie M.2 points

Since the Vector Workshop, I’ve been watching and practicing a few video tutorials for PSE and Affinity. I wish I had more time to experiment with the programs and create something in PSP, but that isn’t possible right now. This is my attempt to replicate the Affinity Revolution's CRAZY Perspective Bending Composite! Affinity Photo Tutorial. It uses the Perspective Filter. Yesterday was my first attempt, and it was successful. However, when I tried reopening the .afphoto file, the app crashed. Yeah, this also happens in Affinity. 😊 Today, I tried again, and it crashed while I was adding a shadow. After another attempt, starting from scratch, I managed to complete it without any issues.2 points

Thank you for clarifying this and no apologies needed. I know Jannette has limited English and uses a translation app and I find it fantastic she joins us in that way. However I have noticed on many occasions it causes confusion for her or for us and that is probably the case here.1 point

I have to also admit, that I too am now confused. I have always understood that the rules you have always laid out for the bingo challenge, which are completely self explanatory, I hasten to add, is not what you have agreed with, with Jannette. You are now saying, that we can choose any element, at random, and not in a horizontal, vertical or diagonal line. Which simplifies the challenge greatly. As for myself, I will continue to adhere to the original rules.1 point

@Carole Carole you have me confused now. I always thought that for a bingo we had to choose a whole row, for instance from top left straight down to bottom left and use all the 5 in that row. I am not saying that what Jannette chose is wrong, you said it did count. For me it is like I can choose 4 or 5 at random that have no connection to each other as long as I say that one is for a diagonal, that one for a horizontal, or a vertical row. I know that others too have always chosen a complete row. Please explain!1 point

They are rather small. The tiniest we have is: width 5cm, length 4cm and the height 10,5cm and the biggest is: w 11cm, l 8cm and h 10,5cm. I know there are bigger ones but they aren't massive. Those Christmas villages tend to be bigger. I love those as well but we simply don't have the space to make such a village and I find them very expensive, at least for what I want to spend. Most people collect them over many years and I don't think I will have that many years ahead of me! 🤔1 point

Thank you Jeni and Cristina, I'll have a look as soon as I have finished making a photobook as a thank you gift from the swimming group I'm in. The lady who manages the coffee/tea and lesson's fee at the pool is leaving and we had a buffet made by one of our members. My attribution was taking the photos and now I'm making an album. So busy doing that and getting it printed as soon as possible.1 point

The 7th and last of the Vector Workshop for PSP. The knife tool is a very interesting tool. I believe it is used for the making of paper clips also. I'm sure there are several other uses to use that tool for. I tried it on the heart I made to turn it into a "bleeding heart flower", but I failed. I'll post this in the q&a thread. Anyway, I finished with the partial circle and the partial text. The text I used was Adventure Island Script. The gradient background I made with pink and green from my Spring Kit colors.1 point
