Cristina Posted Friday at 08:23 AM Posted Friday at 08:23 AM I wanted to browse other threads, but I don't have the time now to review each post. The paper workshop is one of them. I'll do this after the holidays. 3

Noting the use of white on the photo labels; it is quite effective. That background is one of my favorite colors. 3 1

What a beautiful quote. I always find it so neat to look at where people live and think, hey, the nature there looks just like the nature where I live. same grasses, same trees. Susan Ewart Posted Friday at 05:12 PM Posted Friday at 05:12 PM (edited) Here is Design 1 of my Christmas cards that didn't get to the print test page. This would be on the outside of the card, the insides never even got designed. I'll post this also on FB as it might appear really dark here. Soon as I saw this quote I had to do it for my Nephew. Hope it doesnt offend anyone. I added a white-ish(textured) border so you could see it. I was going to use the paper as a white border going on a grasscloth textured dark desaturated brown cardstock (from Bazzill). I'll post the next 4 designs over the next four days. Ann Seeber Posted Friday at 08:48 PM Posted Friday at 08:48 PM (edited) I used Carole's script for the patchwork Christmas tree, added some picture tube strings of stars and some gold snowflakes from my winter stash. The wordart is from my Christmas stash. I tucked some packages under the bottom of the tree to create the illusion of a base. After I created the tree I grouped it so I could add a shadow. Nice, I don't have time to do much scrapping this week but I try to keep up with the things that are posted! I see that you have unpacked your Anna Aspnes goodies too! 3 1

One less layout to complete. 🙂 Sometimes, I go a different route from when I started, but in this case, it was more to resize the photos and add a few extra touches, and it was done. 3
