Cassel Posted November 1 Posted November 1 It is a new month and new projects. Show off what you are working on in November be it a scrapbook page, a collage, a tutorial, or anything else you want. We are curious and want to see, learn, and get inspired. These threads are quickly becoming a fantastic source of inspiration, support, and friendship. Keep them coming! Remember to size down your image to about 600x600 pixels and save it in .jpg format before posting it (if you are creating a double page, you can resize it to 1000 pixels in width if you don't want to post the pages separately). Here are a few guidelines for everyone: when you post a project, give as much information on your sources or techniques used. It will help others who are curious and would like to do the same. if someone uses something that you like on their page, ask where they got it. Sometimes, you can go get it too and it will be better quality than trying to extract it (as it would have been resized to post in the forum anyway). if it is something that they did from scratch, ask how they did it. It would be so helpful to everyone! if you like a photo and would like to “play with it”, ALWAYS ask permission. Sometimes, there are some limitations and the person is not allowed to let others use it. Don’t get them in trouble. Usually, people are happy to say yes (if they can) when you ask politely. And if you get permission, you might get a better-quality image than the resized image anyway. 1
Ann Seeber Posted November 1 Posted November 1 Here's my November Wild Cat Calendar featuring the Pallas Cat. They are found in Asia and are threatened as a species. Accredited zoos have breeding programs to help species in distress. Granddaughter Jackie's Nashville Zoo was recently working in Botswana with giraffes. This Pallas cat or Manul is being called the new Grumpy Cat. I posted a full size .png on our Facebook page for printing. 1 9

Cristina Posted November 3 Posted November 3 (edited) This time, it's a Halloween layout. I always have fun working with this theme, going through my Halloween folder, and choosing something to use. Sue Thomas Posted November 3 Posted November 3 I'm asking for a friend, who has asked me if I knew of anyone who could translate this document. Some of you ladies immediatley came to mind. Jack is an old dear Saskatchewan friend, and it's his father who was hospitalized in Holland during WW1 in 1916 for 10 days. On behalf of Jack who would be greatly appreciative. Possibly , it says what he was being treated for. 5

There's a country song that says, "There's no such thing as too much fun." I agree! Just being together is fun...then add good food, ice cream, shopping, pickleball. Yep, fun, fun, fun. 8

Julie Magerka Posted November 6 Posted November 6 (edited) Last "fall" layout for this year I suppose, even if the weather has remained remarkably warm and balmy. The pic was taken at the marina park not far from me where I sometimes walk with the doggies, if it's not too busy. Oops, I see a glitch in the frame. Not fixing it since it's going nowhere but here.
