Jack In The Box has an amazing chocolate milk shake. There are no JITB near me...closest one is Tennessee, I think. I first tried their milk shake in St. George, Utah.

L = Little Chef, a UK chain of restaurants that no longer exist. They were modelled on American diners and were mainly on major road routes.

Even before it was called Kentucky Fried Chicken, it was The Chicken Place (at least here in the part of Ontario I live in).
