Cassel Posted May 31, 2022 Posted May 31, 2022 In June, our monthly theme is HORSES. Are you a horse lover? Are you attracted to horse racing? Or you just had lots of opportunities to ride horses when you were young? What words can we find that relates to horses, and start with each letter of the alphabet? Let's go! Because I want more people to jump in the game, I will ask to NOT post two consecutive answers (unless there is a 24 hour period without an answer since it could mean we are stuck)
Val Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 B - Buckskin I don't have a picture of the Buckskin I use to ride. But he was a wonderful horse.
Bonnie Ballentine Posted June 2, 2022 Posted June 2, 2022 Straight from Google: Knabstruper: Breed of horse from Denmark, known for its spotted coat, similar to that of the Appaloosa.

Bonnie Ballentine Posted June 6, 2022 Posted June 6, 2022 Michele, obvious counts! Again, right off of Google: U = Undershot: A deformity in which the lower jaw projects beyond the upper.
Suzy Posted June 6, 2022 Posted June 6, 2022 I had Google help, too. Xenophon: General in the Greek army (c. 430-356 BC) renowned for his work “On the Art of Horsemanship” which described a progressive system of training horses and which became the basis for classical riding as we know it today.
