  1. Hmmm, interesting. The tomato slice looks realistic and juicy. The moth, however, seems creepy whereas the tomato worm is appropriate. Love your subway poster! Can't make out that wavy line of text across the top. I agree with Susan about a packet of seeds and/or pruning shears. You certainly do make interesting kits! Very different from the usual. I feel that way about your bicycle kit, also. Good job!
  2. M = Muscles - some dads have big muscles!
  3. K = Kind - my Dad was kind
  4. Welcome back, Corrie ... I missed you! So looking forward to seeing the results of your vacation. San Francisco is awesome - love that city. I've been there several times enroute upstate to Mendocino to see my daughter, Debbie, and family. Their place is about 3.5 hours north on the Pacific Highway.
  5. Yes, that was the sun at Noon. I walked out of the house and saw a red light glowing on the first car in line and I'm wondering where's the red light coming from but when I got out from under the porch and looked up, I saw that weird sun. Looks like we're on Mars with strange moons floating around! ? There goes my sci-fi imagination again! ? And, yes, I was at the supermarket and a lot of people were wearing masks, though I don't think indoors is necessary with the smoke. I came home and got out my N95 and felt lucky to have them! Used them to lug in the groceries, anyway. ?
  6. I'd love to visit up there one day. Maybe Susan and I could meet with you. What a treat!! I just got home and in my travels I snapped a shot of our sun at Noon. Scary!
  7. I'm in New York State, about 500 miles from Nova Scotia. The smoke has been filtering down through Maine, then Vermont and now here. It's said the air pollution in NY City is the worst it's ever been. The sun was effectively grayed out yesterday but better today. Running my air purifier constantly as I have COPD/Asthma. This photo from Kathleen Eastwood from my Hudson Valley in Pictures group illustrates how it looks here at sunrise lately.
  8. Carole, we are starting to see the smoke from the Eastern Canada wildfires. Are they near you? ?
  9. I recently redecorated my betta's aquarium and now I'm ready for a gnome! ?
  10. Thanks, Carole. Actually, Magic's dad is overly tall (6 feet/5 inches) and I wanted to show that effect.
  11. Thanks, Susan, yes that is me top right (bald baby ?) the year I was born.
  12. From the album: ANN SEEBER - MISCELLANEOUS

I'm rather pleased with how this turned out considering I had no template. I created the mask and ran the raster-to-mask script. The background photo has an overlay layer effect. The font is Britannic Bold. Here's MAGIC!

  14. Trying out the Shape Cutter. Here are a couple of small images. The second one is of Magic as an infant with a cutout of Dad and current Magic. I think I like the silhouettes the best.
  15. I did a two matching pages to celebrate Magic's 3rd birthday. They had a fun pinata party. They sent 10 photos so it worked with Carole's new Hanging Photos 2 template. I totally used a birthday mini-kit from Melissa Lerin. I'll try to post a preview with the two layouts.
  16. Sue, I think the term Monogram is deceptive as I have several sets in my Alpha/Digits folder that the designer designated as Monograms. I guess it may be a cultural thing. Whatever country/language is involved. I agree that my mind sees them as fancy, with flourishes, but not everyone uses the same naming procedure.
  17. I've seen those "monograms" and I'd actually call them Alphas. I used some back with our alphabet series. They appear in my files under Polka Dot Chicks Designs and have a Gingerbread Christmas kit and one other. Here's one of the letters used. It has a subtle polka dot design. BY TAMMY AND SHELBY
  18. Got it! Came right into my Dropbox Capture folder which I think was created because I downloaded their new app - Dropbox Capture. It basically does screenshots but it seems to also record videos. ? Your kit is so cute! I love the bicycles...
  19. Suzy: Dropbox gave me the option to request the file from you. Just go to this link.
  20. Yay! There you are!! Nice to "see" you, Susan! ?
  21. Leftover Scraplift from May - Six of my grandchildren (the ones who have significant others). The only one missing is Tyler-John who is unattached at this time. The title font is Baby Olivia, the background is color fill treated to weave texture, the curved paper is treated to a pattern using the sculpture texture, the flowers behind the photos are a ribbon called Butterfly Garden-clipart 15. Brad, on the top left, is new to my digital layouts. He and Alycia, top right, are twins.

  23. They have both in this latest one...
  24. This is not new but a favorite of mine about my father. I update it yearly. He worked for 40 years as Chief Dispatcher for the Erie Railroad (Now Amtrak).
  25. Let's start with a new Wildcat Calendar for June. Here's the Ocelot, a medium size wild cat. Found mostly in Texas, Central and South America, and a few islands. They have been hunted for their beautiful fur coats and recently, females killed and kittens stolen for the sale as pets. That doesn't usually work out once the cat is full grown and they end up in shelters or worse. I'll post a full size image on our Scrapbooking with PaintShop Pro Facebook group.
