Feb 2022 - QP 7: Enjoy the Moment/Fall in the Hudson Valley and QP7-Extra: Driving along the Delaware River on the famous Hawk's Nest Road. It has starred in many commercials and ads. Driving it is a challenge! Our area is bounded on the East by the mighty Hudson and on the West by the roaring Delaware rivers. We still lose tourists to the whirlpools in the Delaware because they are too proud to wear a life-jacket.

This set of Quick Pages really inspired me. I did both for QP6 in Feb 2022.

Feb 2022 - Waiting impatiently for the hummingbirds to arrive and I used the Extra to showcase my favorite musical group, Queen, performing You're My Best Friend.

I find paper better for researching something, and as you said, the Kindle has great color!

A small correction: it is Tips and Tricks for PaintShop Pro, not Trips. I have the paperback version. I do see it is on Kindle, also.

I love this layout. I have done it several times myself as I keep cycling through the Boot Camps every few months. I found when I post in this forum I have to use a setting of 72 on my JPG Wizard and then the 600 pixel size will upload. If the wizard is new to you, it is found under Files/Export as a JPG. I even put a shortcut for it on my top toolbar along with one for PNG.

In Dec 2021 we were tasked to do layouts with a shopping theme. I thought this was amusing... ?

Cassel gave us Christmas hats to decorate with. I put one on my cat and one on my Betta fish.

We had to create layouts with the theme of "HAPPY." I did three...

December 2021: we worked with using a bounding selection box to arrange text on a layout. The thing to remember is to be sure to duplicate the text as a raster or it might disappear when posted.

We had a challenge in December of 2021 to create our own frames from slats of wood. Here are the 3 I made.

I love to play with framing and this one was showcasing my granddaughter Jackie's wedding in June of 2021 with the Slats freebie from Cassel.

I loved this lesson, too. When I showed the result to my artist daughter, she corrected me by saying she doesn't use paper with a canvas texture when she does watercolors. Oops! This is an image of the Dutchess County Fair.
