  1. Day 6 The photos are mine taken several years ago in Virginia. The footsteps are from Canva, made into a tube with VectorTube applied. The fonts are DanceStep which is free on Dafont and Henny Penny.
  2. The butterfly photos are my own. The pink butterfly is from my 2023 Build a Kit. I changed the color with a gradient under the original and a blend mode and made the floral design mostly black to match the picture above it. The font is Butterfly from CF. Using the pen tool, I added a block font behind the original and filled it with red. The bottom row of butterflies is from a CF font called Butterfly Joyful.
  3. I had this quickpage saved from last year. The photos are of my daughter's cat who was a feral kitten when Beth rescued her. Baby Lucky terrified Beth's two pit bulls. She would boldly lie on one of the dog's beds, and they would not come near her. Now, of course, they are friends. The fonts are a layered font, Kid Zone, from CF. The black cat is from Scary Halloween Ornaments also from CF. The quote font is Magestic Inline Grunge from Deeezy.com.
  4. Marisa Lerin layered quickpage: I like the layered quickpages because I can change the colors and graphics. I added a Zebra, dirt and fur texture; the stripes and the plaid are from Cass Stripes2 script; the photos are from my daughter. The fonts are from Creative Fabrica--Animal Kingdom and Butterfly--with a layer style and bevel applied.
  5. I made very little changes to the Quickpage--only changing the brown paper with a gradient and the background with a gradient blend.
  6. Happy Birthday, Carole!
  7. I used a Marisa Lerin Quickpage downloaded as a PSD so that I could change the colors to match my picture. The photo was sent to me by my grandson when he was in Thailand. The background is one that I used in my kit which was white. I used a gradient overlay and blend mode to change the color. The quote is from a good friend who asked me to help edit his book. We used this picture and quote in John's book.
  8. I have the 64 bit plug in that I purchased some time ago. I don't think their website exists anymore, but I did download a PDF with the how to use instructions. However, the last time I tried to use it, my PSP 2023 shut down.
  9. I used the grid from the Workshop with my photos, Beth's photos and photos from my hairstylist that he gave me permission to use. I have used the quote in the doublepage workshop. The butterflies are my own extracted with a few that I made into tubes. The font is Ambidexter, an olf. I separated the letters and filled each vector with different flower patterns from my own flower pictures. Since there were so many letters that I would have had to rasterize, I used the layer styles for the bevel and the shadow (not as good as if the had been rasterized). The background is one from some gradients downloaded from Deviant Art and called Kaiharii.
  10. I have a flower bed full of daffodils, one of my favorite flowers. The daffodil picture was taken yesterday and the dandelion field is behind my house. The green paper is from my kit, and the fold is from a scrap tutorial. I have been totally unsucessful in using the cass folded edge script, but by accident managed to fold the daffodil picture. I filled the fold with white like the back of a photograph. The mossy wood is from a picture my daughter sent me, and the preset wheel is filled with another wood photo from Beth. The no trespassing sign fill is from a photo of tree bark that I took some time ago. I used a brush to make the edges uneven. The yellow is a gradient, and the greenery was made in Procreate. The font is Kristin ITC cut out of the bark photo.
  11. I just made the deadline. I played with a lot of fonts. The gold negative and background are from Canva.
  12. Corrie, I will be thinking of you and praying for the success of your eye treatment. My eyes are very bad, and ebooks and the computer have been a Godsend for us vision impaired individuals.
  13. Papers are all from Marisa Lerin. The steering wheel is from Canva, and the paperclip is from my kit and recolored. I pretty much followed the tutorial using the same fonts and overcame my addiction to layered fonts. This project was a good refresher for placing shadows, something with which I often struggle.
  14. The layered font is called Kid Zone from CF. It is very easy to use--only three layeres
  15. I used my bee flowers in my last bootcamp and had to search for pictures to use. I am trying to use the kits that I have, but always seem to have something missing. The background and the papers are from Marisa Lerin. The pictures are my own. I made the bee from a font called Bee cute and the title from a font called Kid Zone both from Creative Fabrica. I love the cass stripes 2 script because I can pick the colors from my project and make stripes that match. I don't care for those pointy things on the black layer so I used the cass script quick scallops. The blue things are sequins and the pink flowers are tubes that I made using the cass script directional tubes.
  16. A day late, but yesterday I was feeding my addiction for layered fonts. For the bottom papers, I used a cpjess kit call cherish mini, and the hearts from cpjess cranberry mini. I couldn't find stripes to match so I created some using the cass stripes2 script. The bone is from Creative Fabrica with an added texture that I created on AI and recolored. The photos are my own. The glitter was created using cass glitters B script to match my colors. The font from Creative Fabrica is Rainbow which I used in my Kit and recolored to match. The arrows are my own.
  17. Day 5 - It's Spring Break, and my grandson's are indulging in one of their favorite sports--Snowboarding. David just sent me the photos. I made the background using casssnowtexture script with a modification to the color. The striped paper is from cassstripes2 script. The snowboards and the snowboard word art is from Canva. The font is Undercover Snow from Creative Fabrica.
  18. On the iPhone, when you pull up a picture, there is an icon which gives you information about the photo. One of the things that shows is "Look Up" which gives you information on your flower or leaf.
  19. The flower photo is from my daughter. The background and stripes are my own. I used cass stripes2 script for the striped paper. The hearts are from Canva. The gems are my own, and the sparkle in the middle is from the cass sparkle script. The font is a layered font from Creative Fabrica. My iPhone identified the flower.πŸ˜„
  20. I had to use salami which I downloaded from Canva. I made the silverware using vectors and saved them in my preset shapes. The napkin is from my 2010 Bootcamp, and the plates and cup are patterned with a texture from FF. The font is Ampera, a layered font, from Creative Fabrica.
  21. The screenshot of my workspace is customizedd to include several scripts and other commands that I use a lot on the toolbar. For example, I can just click on deselect button, the repeat button, the pick button, etc. I prefer a black background. I have also saved the workspace so that if somthing happens, I can reload it without having to setting it all up again. I will be using the photos from Riverside Park that I took during my visit to Fredericksburg, VA.
  22. P - Panna Cotta Panna cotta is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin and molded.
  23. Z - Zabaglione Zabaglione is a rich Italian dessert made with eggs, sugar, and Marsala wine. It’s a simple custard to prepare and tastes divine with fresh berries!
