For the top diamond  shaped paper I used one my frozen lake photos, ice and snow striations, the other two are textures I've  had for the longest time, discovering them in a folder on one of my memory sticks.

Sometimes a texture can make all the difference.

The first thing I did was to create a mask, to slip the Thrasher  into. I used several different techniques to achive differnet cutouts. Carole's corner punch.

The textures you added to your papers are wonderful.

I have attended only a handful of concerts.

Music has always been a very important part of my life. I can't even guess how many concerts I've been to. I spent my summers going to concerts instead of vacations. Then I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to become a concert security guard. They PAID me to be at concerts! I was always exhausted the next morning for my full-time job, but it was a dream come true.

I think the results with the kaleidoskop are nice but nothing out of the ordinary which doesn't do justice to the "liquify" effect.

The reason I asked was because you were wondering how you could use the liquify effect page. Also, because I LOVE Kaleidoscope patterns. They're so much fun to play with.

I have a major problem!   I am unable to access  everything that I have downloaded and saved in documents  Paint Shop pro folder.  It is all there, but not  showing up in the files within every program for me to use, including all the extra content which comes with each  upgrade.  I have multiple backups on external hard drives.  I deleted the folders, and  replaced them with files from  one of the external hard drives.  Still no luck in accessing then from within PSP, to use. All was well last night, until I started up the computer this morning.  Any suggestions would be gratefully  received, on how to resolve this issue.  PSP is working as normal otherwise.

How awful. I know it's a pain in the neck, but have you tried resetting the program?

  6. When we were teenagers, my brother's best friend took me to see Peter, Paul, and Mary (yes, I'm that old). It was at an outdoor venue, and during the show, there was a "shooting star" right above the stage. He hoped it was a sign of things to come, but, alas, it wasn't to be. He has been happily married for eons now and has children and grandchildren. And, yes, they are still best friends.

  7. Here's an old one from my gaming group (game now discontinued). I know, I know. I need to install PSP on my new laptop. Soon; I promise.

If I remember correctly, I used the text cutter on the background, promoted it to a new layer, and moved the new layer above the black box.
