  1. I definively don't see it, it simply isn't there. Choosing layers in the layers palette functions as it should and the bounding box around the freehand selection tool is gone too, so that's positive!
  2. Can it be that I do not have the Ultra version and I tried with a photo open and that didn't alter anything.
  3. I have the same problem, I don't see the Haze Removal and I have the same version number as Donna
  4. I'm very happy with your big news! ? I have updated my pc and it only took 5 minutes, I suppose that is related to the pc you have and I always restart my computer after an update, it's a good rule of thumb. Now it's dinnertime over here, so later this evening I will check on the issues I had with 2023. If the really annoying issue with selecting layers in the layers palette is mended, that on its own would be great!
  5. Here are a couple that I did using freebies from the blog. If you want more I have a couple of others.
  6. Ann I hope it won't disappoint. I'm already collecting stuff to embellish my pages besides the photos.
  7. I'm in too and was already hoping there might be another Travel Tale Workshop coming to show more of my photos from my last trip to the States.
  8. Q = Quick - when a tooth has to be extracted hopefully the dentist does it rather quickly
  9. For this TUT/Tech challenge I made a simple wood frame. I already have some wood frames that are not so polished and with screws. But a frame on its own isn't nice to show, so I put a photo I made of fantastic glass work by Chihuly in the frame and put it up on the wall.
  10. N = New, the new tooth just being visible after the one that came out.
  11. Cristina I have a lot of Corel scripts too; most come with the program and I downloaded a couple that looked nice to me. Most of the time I forget that there might be one that I can use for a project.
  12. I = Injection, that you get before a tooth is extracted
  13. Suzy, thank you! Thanks to the Vector Workshop it was very easy to make a preset shape of that tooth-freebie and then embellish it and put the photos inside the shape. It was great to apply what we learned in that workshop to a layout.
  14. She is almost 14 now and I think she remembers it, although it hasn't been mentioned lately. I have been grinning to myself all the time writing this story down.
  15. Rene all the best! I hope it will be the shorter option. Maybe we can do the scripting course together next year. In the mean time take good care of yourself, PSP is patient and can wait.
  16. As soon as I saw the theme I thought of my oldest granddaughter and the dramas we had with her when she lost her teeth. At the time of the stories I happened to be visiting my family and I have photos of her when she lost 2 of her teeth. The background paper is Inked Florals DD 10048 which I have in my stash and I blended in the Fairy from Grunge-Forest-Fairy-Junk-Journal. I used the freebie from this theme for the title and thanks to the Vector Workshop I made a shape out of it and filled it with a part of my photo. In this manner I can use my photos without her being recognizable! Two more fairies by Sheila Reid - enchanted purple (and teal) hair fairy on Digital Scrapbook and a gold dust tube.
  17. G = Gold teeth, once a sign of wealth and showing off
  18. Great layout and I see where the dinos came from that we could us to make into vector shapes!
  19. I would love to join in the fun, but for me it will have to wait until the next coding course is on; at least I hope there will be a next! This one comes too early for me as I have upcoming dental surgery and a couple of special birthdays with parties, dinners and even weekends away. I'm still not fully recovered from my hip OP because of all the extra unpleasant things that happened, which I won't repeat now. I hope you all have great fun and learn a lot, maybe tell me and the rest of the scrapbookers what you think of this journey into scripting! Good luck!
  20. Julie I'm sorry for your loss, but be assured that PSP will be waiting for you until you are ready to use it once more!
  21. For my kids back in those days it was a Fisher Price camera too, but my younger granddaughter had something similar to Xavier's. She has outgrown it and got a" real" digital camera. Nowadays she and her older sister use their phones or iPads as all their friends and classmates are doing.
  22. My anti-virus (McAfee) which most of the time is very picky, sees no problem and let me down-load the newest version. But I haven't had the time yet to give it a try.
  23. U = Umami the 5th taste besides sweet, sour, salt and bitter
