  2. I have stopped responding to all the posts, there is way too much and I wasn’t checking on a daily basis. Being with my family is far more important in these weeks I am away. Three weeks is so short and coming Tuesday I am already flying home😪. Congratulations to you all for the great and very different layouts you did and making it through this workshop. When I am settled back in I have a lot to catch up on and I have a whole bunch of new flower photos to use. Carole I’m sorry to hear we will need Affinity Designer as well, for me buying that one will have to wait until it will be offered for a reduced price. My trip and some new appliances at home have been enough for now, but I will watch what you will be showing. See you all soon!
  3. I have those regularly!
  4. The chocolates above look delicious, but my all time favorite is dark chocolate with up to 80 or 90% pure chocolate! I realize this isn’t to everyone’s taste, but that leaves more for me and my hubby or guests can eat the rest of the selection.
  5. Sue I agree with you and I can see myself using it more than psp, it makes one’s workflow so easy and fast. Although I shall use much of the things I made before and import them as needed. I have all my abr brushes imported in Affinity too; I always keep the zipfiles.
  6. Thanks, now I realize it is not my iPad that is terrible slow and not the WiFi in my daughter’s house which normally is very fast.
  7. It is the same here in California and I didn’t expected it to be this cold. I am told by many people that last week it was the coldest spell they had for a very long time. I definitely have not enough clothes with me for this type of weather and am wearing many layers with some borrowed sweaters from my daughter. Luckily it is getting warmer for the rest of this week.
  8. @Cassel Carole I send you that email which gave permission, I can see if I can find it and resend it to you
  9. Very nice Anja, I just bought that script in the sale and it is great seeing it in use
  10. Happy birthday to you Carole and my card for you is on Facebook, because I only took a full size card with me and I can’t post that without resizing.
  11. I agree with you about how easy some things are to do in Affinity and like you I hadn’t heard about until it was mentioned by Carole! My 90 days trial version expired the day before I was starting my trip and I just had time to buy it, otherwise all the customized things I did would have gone. I had just the time to have a quick glance and everything was still there🙂 Your photos are great as always!
  12. There is nothing amiss with reusing a photo, especially not if it is such a nice one! Seeing all the great projects I’m almost, let well almost sorry that I didn’t take my laptop with me. But I’m having a great time over here.
  13. Bonnie I just read the other day that pickleball is now being played in some places in the Netherlands too, although not yet in my part of the country. If it wasn’t you that showed so much about this game I wouldn’t have had a clue about pickleball!
  14. I love the way you used that photo circle script and yourself in daffs are gorgeous!
  15. Thank you Ann and today I already did take some photos of the flowers in their garden and neighborhood when I made a short walk to clear my head after yesterday’s long flight.
