Scraplift.jpg

Learning scrapbooking is often done with practice, looking around for inspiration and trying to recreate projects we admire.

This challenge will give you an opportunity to personalize a project while trying to "copy" another one. Of course, you will change the title, the text, and the photos, but you will want to try to replicate the arrangements and some of the effects you see. It is a challenge but in the end, you will learn more about scrapbooking and your PaintShop Pro.

Here is the layout you will want to "scraplift".

When my cousin moved to a new house in 2018, she hit up every supermarket around for banana boxes. One of the smaller stores would call her when they had some. Perks of small town living :)

Whereas, I went to the local liquor store. I found their boxes to be sturdier and they would routinely leave them outside for those who needed them. Also, smaller, so good for books which are heavy to begin with.

Ann, we don't have independent liquor stores in my area any more. And, since my cousin doesn't drink, she wouldn't have even wanted a box that liquor had been in! She had also moved several times and never had a problem with all of her books being in the banana boxes. It is just what worked for her.

As for me, I used to hoard the boxes I received Longaberger basket shipments (when I sold them) because they were quite sturdy.
