I miss you, videos and webinars. Always so much fun to watch..

Thought it was time for me to drop in. I have been busy knitting and crocheting, looking after my husband, Joe. He was laid up in bed for three months with a bad back, he will go see a surgeon in July. He has just started to feel a bit better. I so glad for that, but I keep telling him to take it easy. As for me, I need a hip replacement, have been having problems with it for over a year and Tylenol has become my best friend for the pain. It just happned Joe had a do a doctor's appointment and I mentioned to her about my hip. I had x-rays done last April on it and was told it was arthritis in the joint. So never thought anymore about it, but it has been getting worse for me to walk for long periods of time. So I mentioned to the doctor and she said looks like you need a hip replacement. She has sent a referral to a surgeon to see me.. Goodness knows when that will be. All I know is that it is painful to walk at times. Joe gets better and now its my turn. I just setup my laptop to use have not touched it in months. I will drop in to see how you are all doing. Maybe I will pickup Paintshop again. So sorry to hear about all the damage being done in the neighbourhoods. I wish you all to keep safe.. Sending out big hugs.

Hello everyone, just wanted to let you know that I was sick for a bit.. Did not have covid, but a really bad cold.. Was to the doctor, have been given meds for lung infection. She wanted me to go to hospital for x-rays but I said, no.. Starting to feel better,, but still have a cough that will not go away. Have had this for over a month now, just starting to feel like myself. I was on bed rest for a couple of weeks and my wonderful husband took great care of me. Anyway, just thought it was time that I popped in to say "Hello"..

I agree totally,, my mom passed in 2011. I must I have never felt so alone when she passed, even now some days are still hard.

Hello everyone, thought I would share something that I created today.. Tomorrow is my dad's birthday, he has been gone sixteen years.

Love the colours and hummingbirds are beautiful. I’m also from Canada, on the East coast, New Brunswick.

Love the doors, you are so creative. Would like to see what goes on in your head when you get ideas.

Any suggestions are welcome to better myself.

Hope this works!! My second post for 2023. Here are a few pictures my amigurumi crocheting characters that I made last summer. I did many more and did donate them. I also made some for the children in our area to give out at Halloween. If I am not in here, I am crocheting.

For sure maybe I get hubby to go for a drive this summer.

I will be looking forward to that.
