  1. I currently have 12,492! Do I qualify for FA? (full disclosure - 5213 came from Google fonts that was on the font program I use)
  2. Ann, very beautiful calendar. I love the Cape Buffalo layout and that you used white font/dates, the black is perfect and I never thought to go black. I'm so far behind. Busy week at work (Black Friday flyers, ugh) so I hope I catch up this weekend.
  3. Shirley, this is a beautiful calendar.
  4. I don't get that either. Film makers film the harshness of nature and do nothing. I couldn't stand by and just watch. I watched a show about a pride of lions and one the the babies got separated and they filmed in and kept saying if it doesn't reunite with the mother it will die (which I think it did in the end) and it was getting weaker and weaker. It was heartbreaking. I'm not naïve about the harshness of nature, but we humans created a lot of natures struggles so we should be trying to save, fix or help anything that needs it and quit saying that it's cycle of nature. I can believe that statement in a time long before mankind, but not now.
  5. I watched a little bit of it. But dont have that channel anymore.
  6. Oh Anne, that is awful. I just went through some computer woes that took my husband two full days and much research (just to talk to a human) to get it resolved. Once he talked to a real, actual human it was fixed in less than a minute! I wish you luck and a speedy recovery of your e-mail account and all other computer woes. Sometimes, computers are just plain evil!
  7. It's called Creative Vintage. From Creative Fabrica. it does have glyphs and ligatures. I used it for the Magazine workshop and since the cameras are all 40+ yrs old I went for a Vintage style font.
  8. Wowzers! Both months are gorgeous! I love how you did the date boxes with the lowered opacity photo (is that right?). Did you make a mask out of the date boxes. What creative and wonderful ideas you have. Super inspiring. Have a safe trip, a fabulous time at home and I hope you are able to check in with the Campus so we know how you are doing?
  9. Here is the start of my Calendar - Jan/Feb I mostly have portraits orientation on the cameras I did photograph for the Magazine workshop. So, I will be in the studio shooting again to get some in landscape format. I'm sticking with the Creative Vintage font I used in the Magazine workshop. I will add the background as the lessons continue. I like that we build on each one and then go back to the previous months to add the new techniques. Good practice for me.
  10. thank you, I wanted to know this too. It will help decide on photos. I do want to do the cameras and tie it in with my almost finished Magazine workshop. So some of the photos will be used again, but I wanted to add some more.
  11. That's really nice Anne. the colors are beautiful and as always your gradients are radiant!
  12. K = Ketchup (did we have this one already?)
  13. ..."or eat them" . That's hilarious.
  14. A = Anchovies (pizza topping...I would never use! ewww)
  15. This is hilarious. I love the one from the Bathhurst Aquatic Centre...."Paul you forgot your bathing suit and your left shoe". I cant recall anything like that happening.
  16. It is NEVER to earl for Christmas for me. These are fabulous. Your organization skills are an art in themselves. Getting everything made and out the door on time is really something. When I'm stressed, I organize. I've seemed have lost my touch with it though.
  17. I think I gotta move to Wales for a while and learn some new lingo.
  18. Very cool words, love Dead chuffed cause I like the definition word used: "chuftness".
  19. Fabulous work Corrie. You are doing so well with scripting. You are almost done! What an incredible accomplishment for you and everyone in the group.
  20. In the past I've had this but not recently. Wonder why this happens.
