  1. Hi Everyone,

Annie Tobin asked me to let all of you, who are wondering where she is, know that she didn't abandon the Campus.

She has had a lens replacement surgery and the eyes have not adjusted well to the procedure. Also, the eyes are very light-sensitive, so she is very limited now in what she can do.

She hopes that things will get to normal in a not too distant future... So do I.

  2. Sue, the Master of Word Art and also the Frames! I also wish you a wonderful time during the holidays. <3

You, and so many other members, were so generous to share lovely work within the "2021 Christmas Countdown". The Countdown was a big success!

I apologize if I don't name everyone, as I am unsure of all the members who have contributed.

I want to thank Carole for another great year on the Campus and EVERYONE that has shared their work. They are an enormous source of inspiration.

Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year to all Scrapbook Campus friends! <3

  3. When I first joined, I chose only the Lab, an option back then, and started to practice with the modules. I chose that exactly not to feel overwhelmed.

After a couple of months, I felt ready for the Diamond membership, and although I didn't know where to start at first (0verwhelmed!), I also felt like a kid in a toy store! There were so many tutorials that I had been looking for before on the net and couldn't find.

Maybe you can create an extension of the Basic Scrap Course with tutorials to create a page, cards, or whatever, with some chosen elements and papers. In the beginning, I had no idea what scrapping was, so after finishing the Basic Course, I wanted more. I understand that many members are not scrapping, but the tutorials can be useful to anyone.

For now, this is what I can think of, maybe more later. :)

  4. Ah, Sue, thank you so much! <3 ... I think I will have to relearn how to scrapbook :) Probably it will feel like doing it for the first time... I was having issues with my creativity, so I expect that this pause will do some good, and I will be back full of ideas like when I started here... I still have the calendar pages waiting for me. :)

Meanwhile, I am having fun with the course.

  5. Wow, I love to see all the calendars posted... Beautiful pages! And I also love the 2022 templates.

I haven't started working with it yet, and I  know that I will not do it in the coming days.  However, I will finish it before Christmas!

But, I will come by here and there to admire what everybody is doing. Great job, Everyone!

  6. Hi Everyone!

I am in!  Like all the other challenges, I get so much inspiration from the participants... I always give one to my mother-in-law, so I try to find photos of places she has been with us. But with the restrictions, this has been more difficult the last two years... If I don't find it, there is always Unsplash, Pixabay, and others. :)

  7. I am not creating layouts right now, but I like to come by here and there to see what you all are doing. :)

Minka, very nice and creative layout... I hope you are feeling much better now after being involved in a car accident. <3

Sue, another great layout and photos, as always... I love the bead colors.

  8. Sue, thank you! <3

Corrie, nice result!... Issues with scripts and programs, PSP included, can sometimes be difficult to pinpoint the cause... I am starting to learn to script and can see the complexity of it... I can only imagine one of Carole's scripts, which are way more complex than the ones I am creating.

Pirkko, nice layout! I like the cat behind the photo. :)

  9. I also like the Bingo Challenge and all the other challenges too, just I haven't been creative lately, so I have paused creating layouts for the time being to return more energized. :)

Sue, your work is outstanding; each one is better than the previous one, if possible... Photos, details, techniques...That is a piece of art!

  10. Corrie, very nice layout, and I also like how you did the background... I love the quote: "Expect nothing, appreciate everything."... My motto in life.

Marie-Claire, very nice layout, and I also like the colors...I like very much how you created the background, never tried this technique... I'll take note of this technique. :) ... I don't see anything wrong with the frame; what is different when you resize to 600?

Sheila, I have known Kristin Aagard Designs for many years, downloaded many freebies, kits, and Norton Antivirus has never had a problem with the site... Now, her work can be found at a very known site, The Lilypad.

  11. I couldn't be here for the last few days, and again it is a joy to browse each entry... I have to repeat myself,  Everyone here, at all levels, is creating inspirational and great work.

Val, thank you so much! You are so kind. <3

Sue, my friend, your work is outstanding, and you know I am a big fan... I could name this or that layout, but it would take too long!... You are for sure a source of inspiration for many and me included. :)
