Karon I love you work on all three pages, very well done. My favourite is The Face of Cat ... funky, fun and the colours grab at ya! Yes ... I am a Dr Who fan and have watched all episodes from it's very beginnings. I haven't seen the series with Jodie Whittaker yet but that will come! ;D
Oops ... nearly forgot ... yes, that is a form of algae that grows on the turtle. <3

Happy to put a smile in your day Michelle! ;D

Very cool page Val, way to go my friend. There is a certain sense of satisfaction that comes from knowing that the page created comes from yourself! ;)
-
Thanks very much Val, it is always nice to know that I have given someone a laugh and that they appreciate my efforts! ;D

I have been playing around with cutouts following Carole's tut. I love it, they are such fun. I have also discovered how to trace using the same principle ... a little fiddling here and there, as you do! Never realised how much I would come to love the Edit Selection tool. Anyway, this is the Mary River Turtle which is endangered and being closely monitored now to ensure it's survival. Isn't it a quirky little fella? It is also known as the Green Haired Turtle and, ... for obvious reasons ... the Punk Rock Turtle. Thanks for takin a peek. ;)

You have done justice to the beautiful photo Corrie, well done my friend, excellent page. ;)

Thanks Karon, always appreciated Hon. ;)

Well you found the right trick with this one Lynda. Sometimes I create a really dark background which I love but am at a loss as to how to use it without sinking into dreariness. Your page is inspirational thank you my friend. ;)

Lovely results achieved here Lynda, well done my friend. ;)

Divine Michele ... everything about it appeals. And, it almost looks as if the bottom glass is catching what is flowing out of the top glass ... and ... divine colours to boot! Excellent work my friend. ;D
-
Well Shirl, she was meant to be an artist of some form or another, ;D
-
MoniqueN, both pages exhibit the technique perfectly, well done my friend. ;)
-
Simple, lovely and suits the theme perfectly ... well done Minka, a delight to peruse. ;)

A beautiful page Marie-Claire. Poncho is a beautiful dog and you are obviously very proud of him. His colouring favours this challenge so lovely choice my friend. ;)
-
A really lovely page Shirl, a cool finishing up page. I was looking at Jo's 'peace' sign and amazed at the length of her fingers. She would have made a fantastic pianist ... does she play the piano? ;)

Thanks dear Minka, always appreciated my friend. There will be a lot more of those type of posts from me as the photos are easy to get from a reliable source and ... I have so few photos of my own. :)

Thanks dear Cristina and Michele, always appreciated my friends. :D

Here is one for the colour challenge. The Kookaburra (nicknamed Laughing Jackass) is a fairly typical backyard kingfisher in eastern Australia. They do have a rather wicked laugh which is an early morning wake up call for a lot of us. Photos courtesy Australian Geographic. I didn't put a shadow on the lacy corner because it just looked yuk! Alpha is from Pixel Market. Thanks for takin a peek my friends. ;)

Bonnie, Minka, and Ann, lovely pages ladies ... enjoyed perusing and learning, thank you. ;D

I love this page Cristina and your background paper is amazing. I really like the way you have used the little love birds ... way cute my friend. I have enjoyed all of your creations. Hugs......Annie T

Playing with the masks again (Day 7) and decided to offer some info on these boobies. Their beaks fascinate me, kinda lika a speckled rainbow ice block and such a contrast with their foot colour ... nature really is amazing. The font used for the titles is Chicken Butt ... go figure, ;D

Happy to give you a laugh Bonnie ... what goes around comes around eh! Love this Rio Grande page my friend and those dogs sure do look to be having a ball. <3

Thanks dear Corrie. I have enjoyed every page you have presented for this challenge and this last one is no exception. Like yourself I am sorry this challenge has come to an end. I enjoy them immensely and learn a lot from them. Not to worry as I expect Carole will come up with something else before too long. ;)

Aww shucks ... what can I say ... there are just too many lovely pages to comment on individually. It really has been a pleasure to sit here with cup of coffee in hand and peruse the pages created by the dedicated members of the campus. Babies, children, couples, cats, dogs, horses, scenery ... you name it, it has been here and each one unique despite the same tutorials. Well done everyone, I love them all. ;D
What are you working on (in February 2021)?
