Thanks Carole. I had a laugh with my daughter when I saw this ... new specs ... issues with my left eye ... looks like I am cross eyed ... there you have it! Oh how to age gracefully ... but, ya gotta tell it how it is! ;D

Hi Carole, only just stumbled across this ... what a fun idea, thank you. ;D

Thanks dear Corrie, much appreciated my friend. I haven't heard anything about the winners of Bootcamp ... I seem to be having a lot of problems with receiving emails. I do check my junk folder just in case. Who knows, maybe something will show up! ;D

Dear Val, thank you very much for your lovely comments. Very much appreciated my friend. ;)

Thank you Karon, very much appreciated my friend. I can assure you that if you start playing with WordArt.com you run the risk of addiction, lol!

Val, I just love your ugly button! In scrapbooking things are not meant to be perfect Hon ... just like in real life! Well done my friend. :)

Well dear Campers, I did get this one completed today. The layout is from a Kate Pertiet template with a few minor adjustments. These little flowers are native to a very small area of Australia and photographers come from all over the world to capture their beauty when they bloom ... which is infrequent as it must be 1 year after a bushfire followed by rain. For that they are definitely in the right area of Australia! The petals are fluffy like a ducklings down. The wordart was fun to do on WordArt.com but I think it would be much better displayed on a solid background ... this is just too busy. But there you have it ... something a little different from my usual style. Thanks for takin a peek my friends. ;D

Hello Campus Friends. I have been busily playing with wordart as directed by Carole in her random challenge. The site I chose is Tagul which is now WordArt.com. Yet again, something that is addictive my friends ... kinda suits my personality. In both cases I copied words of poems to fill in the shapes. I will be creating a page using a wordart but for now these are two that I had fun with. Thanks for takin a peek! ;D

Ann, I admire both pages ... bridge and dam. You obviously appreciate the area you live in and that is wonderful. And, thanks for the geographical info my friend, very interesting. :D

Played around with another today my campus friends. All my own work but I did not create the poppy flower just tubed it and the photo is from Australian Geographic. The leaves I created by following a tutorial by Carole ... just can't remember which one. The lace corners are actually an overlay that was created using Transparency. Font used for the title is Siti Maesaroh and layout is my own. All papers were created using overlays. Thanks for takin a peek! ;D

Perfect Michele ... my eyes were immediately drawn to the subject which was definitely not overpowered. Love it my friend. ;)

Oh Lynda, that really did bring tears to my eyes. What a beautiful poem and obviously by a beautiful person. I have never heard of her but I will be following her progress now. This Campus has good souls and for that I am eternally grateful. Very lovely tribute Lynda, thank you. :) :) :)
