Finally got a mandala finished. I used Carole's script for this one ... fabulous script Carole, thank you. So many options for design. I used the paint brush and I also used the pen tool which had to be converted to a raster layer and merged with the paint brush layer so that the script worked to it's full potential. I had discovered a colour palette for Australian Summer and wanted to used all eight colours of it which I managed to do! Thanks for takin a peek mah friends!

Luv, luv, luv your playtime Lynda! They will be terrific to use as elements on a page. You Go Girl! :)

Oh so funky Minka, dare to be different, love it my friend. :)

Lynda, your stained glass mandala is a vision to behold. Beautiful use of colours and very clever idea, love it my friend. :)

Clever work on this one Minka ... you do think outside of the box, I love it, beautiful. :)
-
Ann, cool colouring on this mandala my friend. Your colour choice reminds me of the sixties, love it. :)

Anne, lovely colours in your mandala and beautifully displayed on the lace background, well done. :)

Thanks Karon, much appreciated. Aargh ... those dreaded latin classes, LOL!

Awww, no fun this morning. Not a picture to be seen anywhere on the Campus. Only text and our own happy chappy profile pics! Those darn gremlins are at it again!

Mary, thank you for your lovely comments and with your enthusiasm and respect you will be greatly appreciated on this forum. Sleep tight sweet cheeks! ;D

The paperclips are all from PixelScrapper. The photos courtesy of Australian Geographic. The background paper, note paper, cut-out title and butterfly word cloud are my own. The proverb I snitched from the net. I did play around with the lightness and darkness to imitate the impressions made from the paper clips ... I think there is a lot of room for improvement with that particular technique! Thanks for takin a peek. ;D

Anne, Corrie, Sue, Lynda, Minka and Sheila ... lovely work on the paper clips ladies, well done. As I said in a previous post I am really loving the edit selection tool ... one of my favourites with PSP. You Go Girls! ;D

Cool page Bonnie and I love that leg extraction ... missed it at first, had to go back for a second look. ;D

How sweet Shirl ... those kingfishers are not silly, they know where to get a handout!

More trivia for Karon and Michele ... David Tennant's wife (Georgia Moffett) is the real life daughter of Peter Davison who played the 5th Doctor. Peter Davison (Peter Malcolm Gordon Moffett) also starred in the BBC's delightful tv series 'All Creatures Great and Small' in which he played the role of Tristan, brother of the Practice owner, Siegfried. All gets a little convoluted really, lol!

I hope Laurey likes it Ann, it is unique in the turtle world. So glad you liked it my friend. ;D
-
Thanks Karon ... looking forward to it. <3

Hearin ya Michele ... Smith was my favourite probably because of his quirkiness. Tennant was cool and I enjoyed Capaldi but for some reason whenever Dr Who is mentioned the first picture that comes into my head is Tom Baker! <3

LOL! Maybe that is why I have procrastinated on watching the new episodes because the doctor is a woman!!! Yeah, I am old school too. Anime Dr Who ... now that is intriguing and I love anime. I hope we get it here in Australia ... in this household we have Foxtel, Prime Video, Disney Plus and Netflix plus all the regular channels ... do ya think we have a chance? lol! Thanks for the update Karon, I will be keeping my eyes peeled and ears open! ;D

Very nice work Minka! That background is amazing and inspirational as to what we can create if we "play" with PSP. Love it my friend. ;D
What are you working on (in March 2021)?
in Showroom

Holy dooley! I have been busy for the first few days of March and when I finally log into the campus I am overwhelmed. Beautiful work everyone, I am impressed.
I found an Australian winter colour palette so decided to have another go at the mandala script. I used the same techniques as before. I do love them but they are a tad time consuming! Anyway my friends, thanks for takin a peek. ;D
