I have been rather busy and haven't been inside this tread for a while, so I'm not going to comment on every entree, but it was a joy to browse!

For all of you have a very good Christmas time, in which ever way you celebrate this time of the year. Thanks for all the inspiration, comments, friendship and support and may this continue in 2024!!!

It can be a busy time of year.  I have enjoyed seeing everyone's post even if I don't always comment on them.

Do you mean the Undo arrow? It is in the exact same location for me in 2021 and 2023.

Do you currently have the version 25.2.0.58? or a different number? I don't have any issue with that shortcut.

Before I saw your response, I had deleted 2023 and tried to reload it. I had trouble doing that and finally got it done yesterday and everything seem to be as it should be now.

    Dog Scrapbooking.jpg

This reminds me of my sweet little dog when she was a pup.  Of course she/he is saying-- Who ME?  Really I came in here and chased away the bogeyman that made this mess.  Don't I get a reward now for being such a good watchdog ?   I had bought my pup a new bed and at that time we locked her in the hallway when we were gone.  This is what we found when we got home.

  4. I downloaded PSP 2023 a while back but think I may cancel the order.  I don't see enough new things there that I would use often.  There are a couple of things I don't like that I use a lot in my 2021, for one thing I go back to undue things quiet a bit and it is a nuisance to not have that back arrow where it was before.  Another thing I just found was unless there is another way to do it,  The Shift D to create the duplicate that Cassel has warned us to use a lot of times does not work. The only reason I may keep it (I did get it a a good price) is to try the raw editing because my new camera can shoot raw.  Has anyone used that feature and can say it it works well?

  5. U = Unwrapping presents   Years ago we opened presents on  Christmas Eve at my Grandparents house where the whole family gathered.  One tradition was to make a pile of all the wrapping paper and get a picture of the youngest baby or  child in the middle of the pile.

I found this gorgeous solstice background on Creative Fabrica in a bundle of twelve. It was hard to pick just one. The girls are from pngtree, I think. To create the "window" I combined a rectangular vector with an ellipse vector, magic wand selected on the outside, switched to a layer with a duplicate of the background, and deleted. Then I modified the selection with Select Selection Borders for the outline around the window. Added a little inner bevel on the text (Avenida LET font) and a drop shadow with 100% opacity and no blur. The singers got a smaller inner bevel just to give them a little depth. I kind of liked having the same background design in two different sizes. Any suggestions?

  8. E = Eggnog   It is my Husband & my tradition to have  an eggnog when we are setting up the Christmas Tree.  We listen to C. music and when it is all set up we just sit and watch the lights for a while (along with another eggnog.

  9. The tree was from digital scrapbooking  "Christmas-Tree-Bauble-82464322" (it was grey and I turned it green.) The lights were the red button picture tube that I then turned to all white. The buttons are some I downloaded over the years and I did adjust some of them.

  10. This is what I created for the Nov. random challenge. Using buttons.  This was fun but time consuming.  The background was downloaded from CF, "Winter-landscape-74761386". All components of the Snowlady are buttons, some distorted to make them work. Also the walkway from the woods. am_intex that I have no idea where I got it from. I did a search in my saved stuff and found over 80 buttons. Of course some were only different colors of the same one.
