  1. I thought we were supposed to be using the frames Cassel  just shared so this is what I came up with using a photo I took a few years ago.

the background is one of the papers fro "Watercolor-Halloween-Background-35226107"  the font is Creepy-Spooky-103711796.

  2. I started playing with the glowing part of the sunrise on the left with Psp (from a screenshot)  What I wound up with looked to me like a paper bag full of sunrise so I decided to post it here.  I could not say what all I did to get this if my life depended on it LOL but I had fun. I think if I was going to use it somewhere, I would put a rope with a knot around the cinched part.

  3. PSP  For my day 7 I decided to say Thank to Cassel.  I did a naughty thing and copied her pic from this sight (I think)  The font is Lucida Calligraphy and the lace is one Cassel shared with us at some time cass-VintageLace-02-White.

I am in on this one. I have used PSP 2021, and trialling Affinity. I have one week left on the trial. The font used is called Last Christmas from DaFont (a freebie download). The three graphics: Merry Monks, Christmas Pud, and Santa's head are from creative artwork my daughter and I did many years ago made from stuffed newspapers and paints. Over the years they had become very worn and we needed to "say goodbye". I didn't want to lose them forever so I took photos and tidied them up a bit in PSP where the paper had torn etc and have been waiting for the chance to use them in a greetings card. Then Carole posted her workshop. The scene behind my Merry Monks is not mine. So basically, I am having a play, and when I am happy with the final result shall get some printed off for this year's Christmas Cards.

I really love this one, it is so unique.  Those that receive this card will know you created it yourself.

  5. We have had a hotter than usual summer, The temps have been in the upper 90sF just about every day for weeks. The humidity has been way up there too. I posted a pick in What are you working on with PSP (in August 2025) of a glacier to try to cool me down.  "It didn't do the job though"

  6. The weather here has been hot and humid this summer and the challenge at "PaintShop Pro Maniacs" this week is Refreshing, I made this for there but thought I would post it here too.  The photo is one I took in Alaska a few years ago  The font is Melt Ice Cream, I did a few things with than including using the Outer Glow in Layer Styles.

@Anne Lamp I will have to investigate to see why your membership changed to non-DIAMOND. I know you are so there seems to be a bug in the system. I manually re-enabled it in the meantime. And as Susan mentioned, go in the navigation, under DIAMOND > Q & A Chronological. You should see all of them.

Thanks, I think this happened once before and it had to do with Pay Pal saying to not allowing it to send the payment.  I didn't tell them not to either time.  If that is what happened,  I will switch payment method to a charge card. Just let me know before it is due again.  I have access now, Thanks.

Anne, if you are a Diamond member, even for only one month, you would look under DIAMOND and at the bottom of the drop down list is Q & A Calls.  They are downloadable and have a transcript too.

I have now bookmarked that page so unless I have a problem with being changed to non diamond again I should be OK.

Here's one I did to introduce my two new pooches who arrived July 1. I had to refresh my memory on how to do the cutout. The only thing I made myself is the frames.

"The Girls" are older and very well-behaved. They had been in a shelter for a year and had not set foot on real grass during that time. They were surrendered to the shelter b/c their family moved to the US! I'd like to have a word with those people! 😒

The wee brown one weighs just barely six pounds! They are apparently sister Chihuahuas. My boy Max is adjusting to the girl power!

Bless you for rescuing these two girls. Since they are senior dogs and seem to be in good health, the previous owners must have loved them and taken good care of them.  It may have been heartbreaking for them to have to take them to a shelter, but who knows what their  reason was.  They may have been going someplace where they could not have pets, or perhaps the cost of moving them was too much. It could have been worse, they could have just had them euthanized. At least the didn’t just dump them on the street somewhere.

A very colorful layout, your dog must be a happy dog because you made a happy layout!

Usually she is a pretty happy girl, but right now not so much because I am dog sitting my Sister's dog for a week and she isn't getting ALL of my attention.  She is just a little spoiled. LOL
