For some reason Mother Nature has decided that west central Ohio is a nice target this year. After an EF-1 tornado hitting my town, 2 other EF-0 in my county and 3 EF-0 in the county north of us (other areas still be investigated), we are under another tornado watch today. Going to be a long day...

I am in Illinois just east of St Louis Mo.  We have been lucky to not have any tornadoes (so far), just some really strong winds and a few thunderstorms and so far only that one episode of not to large hail. It did put a few pings on my car because I don't have a garage.

  2. As I said before, I did not do a page for each day, but here are the Titles I created to practice each technique.  If I finish any more pages I might still post some if I am happy with them.

  3. I am a little behind on posting.  I have been trying to work with each days workshop but have been having some issues with my PSP21, or more probably with my PC.  I finally got one project  day 3 finished.  Oh well maybe it will go better now, I cleaned a bunch of stuff off my P C and will try again. The text on the top is Jokeman.

  4. Thanks Cassel- I did not realize I could go to the topics to perhaps learn how to make some of the things included in the "Build a Kit"   .  Thanks Susan Ewart also, Your response made me thing that maybe I will still try most some of those tuts etc.  There are so many great tutorials and classes it is easy to get lost when trying to find one . What I need to figure out sometimes is in a totally unrelated tut or class.

  5. The photo is from a stained glass window at my Church.  It was removed from the old Church when the new one was built and refurbished before being installed there.  In the old church it was up high to one side of the Alter aria.  In the new church it is at floor level and is is about life size.

  6. Because I have been playing with this photo lately, I decided to use it here. I don't remember all the things I did to get rid of the rainbow and darken the one version. The font is Before the Rainbow. The background is "jessicaD-2017AprBT-paper-watercolor-stripes"  the bow is "cass-Bow14-Rainbow01"  and the other one is the same bow but darkened etc.

  7. B = Breakfast  as in Full Irish Breakfast.  (from wanderzestblog.com)   "A traditional full Irish breakfast comprises bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes, beans, soda bread or toast, tomatoes, mushrooms, and white or black pudding. For those wondering, black pudding coagulates the pig's blood into a sausage form. The white pudding is simply a pork sausage, usually flat." Then sit back and listen to your arteries harden.

  8. I don't do much crafting any more because the ones I used to do hurt my hands now.  I have done many crafts over the years from Tatting and Crocheting, to Leather Tooling.  I do still pick up my Tatting shuttle now and then and make something small.

  9. These are my two dogs from about 15 years ago.  We always knew when the furnace was starting because Sandy would show up in front of that one register before the fan even started blowing.  Poor Valentine had to make due with the leftover hot air.  Heaven forbid that I thought I might share it too.

  10. I I used what I learned in the shadow box master class and created this using (Fairy-Moon-Shadow-Box-47020851) from Creativefabrica and the shamrock in her hand was created from (Layer-st-Patricks-day-leaf-25320553). Now my Irish ancestors can either say well done or turn over in their graves.

  12. I have been playing with pictures I took the other day at my Church.  First I cropped this cross and put it on a page from (Christian-Digital-Papers-Patterns-9755169) and cut it square with the background.  Then I used the Seamless Tiling included in PSP.  I sent it to the Church office and I suspect it will show up sometime during Lent .

  13. Day 6 project. Both fonts are  Bradley Hand ITC .  The photo is mine. on the background I followed the instructions using monochrome and then selected the dark "strings" with the magic wand set to brightness with a low tolerance, and flood filled that whit the red from the bird.

  14. To Hank S.  This darling photo reminds me of what my Dad used to say when one of the kids looked like that.  He would say if you stick that lip out any further we can play checkers on it.  (Thanks for a long buried memory)

  15. I used a picture of my girlfriend from a long time ago when we both boarded our horse at the same farm.  I used the original photo to create a pattern for the background and then used the photo again in  kaleidoscope .  I put the K. on top of the P one and reduced the opacity  a little bit.
