Cassel Posted March 1, 2021 Posted March 1, 2021 In March, our monthly theme is SELF-CARE. Based on the alphabet, can you think of different elements or activities associated with self-care? It could relate to your physical health (like doctor visits or vitamin supplements), your mental health (like a relaxing bubble bath), and more. Let's go! Because I want more people to jump in the game, I will ask to NOT post two consecutive answers (unless there is a 24 hour period without an answer since it could mean we are stuck)

Anne Lamp Posted March 2, 2021 Posted March 2, 2021 G - gardening It can be so relaxing from the winter months when you are planning next years garden to the planting, watering, harvesting, (fighting the critters) and clean up the rest of the year. Besides it is good exercise taking care of it.
