Corrie Kinkel Posted September 27 Posted September 27 It is going to look a bit like autumn with the Hydrangeas slowly getting browner. In one to two weeks time all its flowers will be brown and stay so over winter. Most of the leaves are still green. When I was taking a short stroll I noticed this autumn beauty. My own plants are getting brown too, but I haven't taken a photo yet. 7

Yet, even those diminishing pigments have a beauty all of their own, when you look closely, just like the flower in the image. A laudable shot Corrie! Edited September 28 by Sue Thomas 2 1

Great photo, even in this reduced version I can see the fluffy feathers so well. It was enjoying itself sitting in the water. Having the bird bath to itself. It was quite happy to sit there, posing for many shots. Which gave me immense pleasure, for a short while. 3

Only the other week, week 35 was a photo of an old local red barn. I had to check myslef, as I created the pages, and yet doubted my memory of what I had and hadn't posted. Lol !!! I told you I have a bad memory. 🤣 2

Thank you, sometimes it is being in the right place at the right time! Those shots mostly happen if I'm not going for a walk with the intention to find something to take a photo of. I'm very excited because I have ordered a new iPhone (16 pro) that has the ability to take macro as well. It will take at least another month before I have it completely installed to my liking and have learned the new camera features. I will not go back to having a separate camera because I don't have that always with me; I live in a very build up area and have no direct acces to wild life spots, nor do we have a big garden where I can sit still to watch what is going on around me. However it is what it is and I can enjoy all the lovely photos you post! 2 3

Some shots I'd like to do i cant because I dont have enough power (in the constant lights). One day maybe... 5
Sharla Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Oops... thought I’d posted this but hadn’t. Week 39 I wanted to photograph a rather majestic tree but this bull settled himself in my shot and wouldn’t move so I photographed him instead. 1 2 3
Susan Ewart Posted October 9 Posted October 9 Week 38 Background paper from Kim Jensen (at The Lily Pad) Winter Solstice paper- white-blue. I tweaked the color to me more like the color of the flowers. Font is Adeston Creative Fabrica. all 3 vectors have a very tiny bevel and tiny shadow. 5
Susan Ewart Posted October 9 Posted October 9 Week 39 Background is two textured papers blended (from Creative Fabrica) then I added a texture and noise from PSP. Fonts used are Nuri Regular (either CF or Google fonts that came with my font viewer) and Hortense from Monotype, thanks to Michele F for I.D'ing it for me. It the first font I bought with a licence (other than CF with my soon-to-be-over membership), for a project that required that font. 4

Love both you new layouts and admire all the work you put into the weeks. There haven't been a background the same and they all go beautifully with the colors of your cups/saucers or teapots. 2

It is a challenge and I'm quite enjoying it; trying to do something different or use a different background with different techniques. And of course making or adjusting them with PSP. I think that's where the big difference comes from, layering techniques or textures on top of each other. Everything I've done with P52 I've learned in the Campus, isn't that awesome? I notice the beginning weeks were kind of boring to what I'm doing now. Won't that be fun when it's all over, to see the progression all at once? 3
