Here is my PHOTO SWITCH picture.  Sue provided the beautiful macros of the Damselflies, The background is from one of my photos taken by the Kaskaskia River. The frame is one I downloaded from digitalscrapbook.com. The flies and mosquitos were from Creative Fabrica. (I read that the Damselflies eat them as well as other things) The font is Matisse ITC.  The colors of  the font I created from 4 colors I took from the pictures and used the pattern creator and then blurred it some.  I used the eraser tool with a fuzzy selection on the edges of the damselflie photos.

Thanks Sue.  I don’t mind who I partner with. It just sounded like a fun thing to do. I am not even sure how how to use the messaging thing, but I guess I will figure it out.

Thanks Cassel and everyone for responding to my problem of the text disappearing when resizing.  I seldom use the feature of text wrapping  so I don’t remember having that problem.  I remember the class on that, but it has been a while. For some reason, I usually do my resizing after I save my full size as jpg, so that is probably why I don’t remember this problem.

Here is the final project for this Bootcamp.  I have enjoyed refreshing my memory about how to do some of the things presented in the projects.  Even with it being not my first time, I have made some goofs, and appreciate Cassel pointing them out to me.  I did go back and fix them but didn’t repost the adjusted projects.  I have especially enjoyed seeing all the posts from everyone. It is amazing how far along some of the newbies have come  This really says a lot about how well done Cassel’s instructions are.  I can’t believe how many hours I have spent doing these projects, mostly trying to decide on pictures and colors etc.    Hmmm I have no idea why the text disappeared when I reduced this to save as jpg. I did not notice it until I had already submitted it and had to go back and redue it and did not know how to get rid of the first picture.

Project 4.   I have hundreds of photos of this sculpture taken in all kinds of weather etc.  I could not decide on just three so I used 4.  St Clare of Assisi is the saint our Church is named after.

Here is my project 3. The photos are mine taken at the pond at my Church.  The bird in the upper left is one I created a while back from (Sparrow-Mandala-Line-Art-Style-3375101)  The feathers are from (Watercolor-Feathers-Collection-668831) both are from Creative Fabrica I think.  The poem is one I created for this project.

Thanks Cassel. The window is round, it is way up high and when seeing it  from the floor but fairly close it does look oval.  I know in the picture it is too small to see, but you could actually see the crane basket behind it so I decided to leave it oval shaped so as not to distort that.  I had considered making it round though.

Here is my project 2  (day 5) Staying withe my theme of my Church.  The papers are ones I have saved over the years for various places. The hard hat and tool box are from Creative Fabrica , the rain drop in the cloud I created in another program using a raindrop paper. The stained glass oval is from a picture I took of that same window from inside.

Like some of the other folks that have done this more than once, I got a little carried away.  I remember how many things I learned to do the first time I did Bootcamp and like to repeat it to jog my memory about some things I don’t use often.

The first thing I noticed was you still had the pan tool selected. (the little hand at the top of the list) instead of the pick tool that is just under it.  I can’t count the times I have forgotten to go to the pic tool and wondered why things were not working and then kicked myself when I realized it.  I know better. LOL

Cassel, This one is showing on that page and it is different than what I get. Perhaps it is just different view of the newer pallet.  It is no big deal, I have gotten used to using the one I documented.  P S I did sign up a day late for this bootcamp, Should I have received the sandwich link today?

I have done boot camp before, this time I think I will use mostly pics from around and in my Church.  I worked there for years and have a lot of great and unique photos.  Also as Ron said in the 4 ways I set up my workspace page, I can not get the material pallet to look like yours.  Because I could not post a picture on that page, I will post one here with showing what I did and what I wound up with. Perhaps then you can let me know what I did wrong. Thanks.

I decided to go for something different.  The Cameos are from digitalscrapbook.com.  The original virus pic and the masks are from unsplash.com.  The frame is one of Cassel’s.  The background paper is jessicaD-2017AprBT-paper-watercolor-stripes.  The large shadow on the viruses was because I thought they should be flying.  Maybe I should have made the lither thou.   I do have family and friends that have had the virus.  Some only had mild cases and a couple had pretty bad ones and were in the hospital for quite a while.  A friend had a brother pass away from it.  I doubt there are not many of us that have not had someone we know that has had it.  Who would have ever thought that something like this would change so many things in the whole world.

I have been playing with creating this today.  The animals are from IMG_5581 Card Watercolor-Background-of-Merry-Christmas-19128931 and several others from that group.  I arranged them to my lining and then did a lot of duplicating, cloning, and erasing to try to smooth it out.  The “Believe” is adapted from on of the freebies from Creative Fabrica today. It took quite a while, but I had great fun playing with it.

I was playing around and wanted a background that looked like snowy hills. I started with a white textured paper from (Christmas-Digital-Paper-Bundle-18065379) and blurred it then used the mesh warp tool to make it look like hills etc.  The rest of the elements are from. ( Christmas-clipart-Ice-palace-watercolor-16887201)  I just kept adding more stuff and finally saved it as jpg and then PSP–  It wound up such a large fine in the PSP mode, I could not get it to load back up in PSP, it would just keep freezing my P C. I was going to add some shadows, but wound up just deleting my PSPIMAGE file so I could not change it,  I liked how it looked anyway so I thought I would post it .

This was my first thought when I downloaded these great frames today. The woman is a download from Creative fabrica that I cropped. The stack of photos is from the internet and I added one of mine on the top.
