A very happy new year to all scrapbookers
Hi, Still plugging away this is my attempt at lab 6 03. The multi coloured ribbon along the left edge, the semi transparent envelope to the right and the scalloped shape in the bottom right
Hi,
I HAD A DREAM, heard that before? well here are some of mine, I cut out the naughty bits, I know whats left is boring but it made up a scrapbook page.
The stone is the heal stone at Stonehenge. Then we have a forest scene followed be a country road to somewhere. The last is a spiky path to ????

Still working on the halloween effects so when I get that right I’ll do some potion filled letters/words. Don’t tell me off too much I know I’m not PC, never have been and I’m too old to change now.
I think all the colours are in there, pretty sure, as close as dam it is to naughty words.
Hi, Lab 6 02 with a poke a dot background, flowers, a string tube, patch alpha’s with white stitching (dusted off my old Wacom tablet for that) plus photo of my youngest from 2003. Not one of my better efforts but I got the lessons right just didn’t assemble it very well
Hi, ghosts, you believe or you don’t. I’ve had a couple of close encounters of the spooky kind over the years; none of them sort. On the one occasion I was sort out by two entities, spirits, ghosts or whatever you wish to call them, that was quite a shock but ended amicably. I wonder how many will admit to having a close encounter of the spooky kind?
Thanks to Cassel for the little ghost tubes they may be coming in handy this month
Had spare hour, workmen called off on to an emergency job (we having a wet room installed) so worked on lab 6.1, not too impressed with the puffy paint, but used it as a title (had about 4 goes at the puffy paint). I’ve made a total of 11 wood picture frames from images I had since my experiments with CAD. The background is my take on the church window frame exercise.
Hi, I’ve had a few goes at doing something around “Money” and to my surprise I discovered that you can’t use an image of a bank note in PSP, not even when you use such an image as a cut out as in the last webinar. Carol put me right most image editors will not allow the use of bank notes, just in case you try to forge some, silly me. So out of frustration I threw this together, and thank you to Carol for the templates came just in time.
Hi, Just a quick rummage though some old photos of my favorite sport plus a image or two downloaded from the net to fill out the templates provided by Cassel; thanks for those.
Hi, I’ve had some false starts and a disaster but I persevered and got the third part of Lab 5 11. I have also added a signature to the bottom right of this offering. I made this one in 2018, an updated version of one I created in 2014.
Did you know you can use a signature as a watermark, just enlarge the signature place it across your image and adjust the opacity so you can see your image reasonably well under the signature; theoretically no one should be able to pass off your work as there own
Hi, Thank you for the kind comments on my work. So here is another section of Lab 5 11; I put the rust alpha to wok on this one and the screws picture tube both from Cassel.
Hi,
have restarted the Labs, Element one of Lab 5 11. Yes I know i’m so far behind everyone else and my efforts aren’t the best but I think I see an improvement.
Hi Just had a few days away in North Wales just to chill before the next round of chemo and just snapped a couple of photos of the dogs, tided them up in PSP then ran 2 through the Picture to Painting effect and followed by putting the photos into Painter Essentials 7 to paint as oil paintings and Just called it dog days
Hi, you’ll find all sorts of things on this site, how to make your own custom papers etc.
Hi, I watched with interest to master class Fantasy 2. Not a believer in such things I got a real shock and only just managed to snap a photo in the nick of time.
She’ll be missed on the campus by very many; RIP Annie.
Hi Corrie, Last time I moved was 2003, when I moved this time I still had 2 boxes unopened from 2003, do not intend to have that again they are all being opened and dealt with.
Thanks Michele, anyone need a load of packing boxes
Hi all, I’m back at last the house move took longer than planed plus we had to wait 5 weeks just to get the phone and internet working. We still nowhere near sorted yet with unopened boxes in every room except the bedroom. This activity is one more thing off my bucket list
Hi,
I wouldn’t mind a Master Class on: –
photo manipulations
fantasy scene creation
one more class on using Filter Forge effectsover the next few months
Put my shopping offer in the wrong forum (What are you working on in Dec), I’ll get it right one day!
Have been doing a bit of shopping, got it all done at last, just cards to write and gifts to wrap, plus this
Been looking at the resources and videos on the campus plus doing bits here and there, Merry Xmas and Happy New Year.

Congratulations on your Anniversary; 50 years, I’ve only done a max of 23 years followed by 15 years and on the 6th Nov I’m going to do it again. Insanity must be the reason!!! Good luck to you both.

I’ve combined a few things together in this offering. I used the freebie collage from Corel, a photo of a hand made Pumpkin Pie from the internet, a cake with poppies on it for Remembrance Sunday and a few words I found about celebrations in the Autumn. I think I covered all the bases enjoy, I do like pumpkin pie with cream poured over it.
Orange Cake
I’ve been having a go at the Jack of Lanterns, it’s not as easy as you may think; there are a lot of different tools and filters used on this. My first two attempts were worse than this one.
