Home...finally...with a computer that works...and PSP that works...

 

Day 7

I finally got my PSP to save but now I am on the road with no way to complete lessons. I arrive home tomorrow...full day Saturday...then back to lessons.

 

Carole, I am not sure what caused my PSP problems but I think a lot of my other problems were because of the update. I am still dealing with it tonight.

 

Looking forward to being back home and back on my desktop. I will continue to wrestle with my laptop...can't stand it when things don't work!

Beautiful work, Everyone! I have been MIA...I am traveling...my schedule should have allowed me to follow the lessons but the gremlins have been up to no good. First, my PSP will not save. I began to create one of the lessons when I discovered that PSP will not save...I use 2019 on my laptop. When I attempt to save, I get an "unspecified error" message. When I click OK I get "unable to create file" message.

 

Then there was a major windows update and my computer lost its wifi...no internet. The next night I tried again and the wifil works but PSP still will not save.

 

I return home tomorrow; have a full schedule Saturday...then I will attempt to complete the lessons. Once home I will use my desktop and PSP 2020.

 

I realize we do not need to explain our work or lack there of, but I thank you for allowing me to vent. Two things I do not handle well are my computer not working and my car not working.

Day 3

 

The Great American Pickleball Marathon was on 9-11-2021. Pickleball players all over the US met with their local groups to play pickleball to honor all those who were lost or injured on 9-11 20 years ago. Groups registered, made a donation to Wounded Blue, which benefits wounded and disabled police officers, and played on their local courts. A great day, a great cause. Paddles up, America!

I downloaded the table cloth and utensils from Pixel Scrapper.

Day 1

 

Workspace, dark gray; background, medium gray, complete toolbar and Edit tab.  I turn on rulers, guides and snap to guides as needed. I don't have them showing all the time.

 

Most likely the pickleball group photo will be used. Here is a screen shot of my workspace.

Ann, great story! You could journal that story on a page...it would be a fun page.

Carole, the Skinny Dipping story was done for the August, 2020 Story Time Challenge...and yes, I did post it then. I did a good job of completing that challenge, which surprised me because I don't journal very often.

 

The Searched Google page was done in March, 2020...during the lockdown for Covid.

 

Val, the Queens of the Court was fun to do and could be done for so many categories. I printed and framed it for my friend's birthday. She did like it.
