I'm finally getting a bit more confident playing with the settings, just found out why my floodfilled backgroundpaper had holes in it where the mask was. Floodfilling all layers wasn't such a great idea ? Uncheked, floodfilled again and it was right ?

Hi Connie. Thanks for sharing that. I have never tried something like that before but will definitely do so. I think that I am learning more from all the comments than I am from the actual lessons. Sharon
In the video of lesson 2 you can see Carole do that exact thing Corrie mentioned.

Monique is it possible that you had the picktool not to scale, sometimes the setting goes to to something else without you doing so.
I don't know, but it could be.

@CaroleIn lesson 2 a little part of the mask is on the face of the man in the picture. Sometimes you have that, is there a way to erase parts of a mask? Maybe simple with the erase tool??

During the Love Story Challenge, what is now called the Mask Workshop, I just printed with print screen if I'm not mistaken and have referred to them many times since!
Found them too. Thanks, Corrie!?

Carole, I noticed the written-out directions for Day 1 do NOT include the step to De-Float. That may have been the source of my difficulties.
The written out directions are available for Diamond members??

Memphis, TN is my theme. Fun relearning how to make a shape into a mask. I've been using the ClipToIt script so much of this year and last year (it's so easy and does all the work for you) but it is important to know what the steps are so that is how I shall continue. The journaling font is Arial. The pictures are mine.
I like the blue colour a lot! Suits the pics very well!

As I like the lay- out a lot, I don't know what to think of the font. It's so very different, but so different it's fun too in a way
