Thank you, Anne!π Schotland is the Dutch version of Scotland π

Lesson 3 Affinity The title is "typed" so I didn't add a shadow. Font is Andalus.π I know the circle polkadot layer has a shadow, but I hardly see it, on the other papers I can see it?ππ€

Lesson 2- This went well with Affinity. Carole, as always your lessons are excellent!π€© The text is in Dutch and says: " As an Outlander fan, a visit to Midhope Castle β Lallybroch in the series β is of course a must. Just like Claire in the show, I too sat for a moment on the famous steps of Lallybroch. It was a dream I never believed would come true!" Pictures are my own π Fonts: Zaphhumnst and Carmina Papers are form pixelscrapper, I searched for Scotland themes.

Lesson 1- my first ever Affinity project π Resizing directly when you export helped π The color on the left I was hesitating if it was a bit too much, but I was so glad I found out how to change it, that I didn't want to mess with it any further π My first ever trip to Scotland will be my subject this workshop π

I love red cats, most cats we had over the years were red π

Me too and F5 is a friend of mine too, sometimes it's quicker after refreshing π
-
That would be great! I've sent you an email π
-
@Jacques Do you have the same problem? π
-
On a free font site you have fonts with paws etc. would of been nice on your project too. π I know I have a font like that, but can't find it at the moment. π

I noticed too, they are playing it in the neighbourhood here, I'm also in the Netherlands like Corrie, but in the north-east.π

Working with Affinity for the first time went well, but if I resize my project my photo gets blurred. What am I doing wrong? π Looked at the video and copied it step by step, but nothing helps π

Happy birthday! π I made this project years ago and didn't know I still had it π Hope you have a great day! π

Instead of doing the template workshop with PSP again I would like to try it with Affinity. Is the 7 day trial the normal try out period? π
-
I'm not very active here at the moment, but will try to do all lessons π I haven't really looked at Affinity yet, so will use PSP 2023. Will there be an Affinity course again soon? π

I've won the Easter brushes and just made a very quick lay-out with them. π Made it in just a few minutes and the project looks nice already. Wonder how it wil work out when I take more time for a "real" Easter lay-out. We're preparing for a trip to Scotland (Outlander country!) next week, not much hobby time, but after that I will take more time for a project. π

I made a video of my project with Canva. I saw one of the projects had lighter characters, but it's ok for now. Hope the link works π https://www.canva.com/design/DAGgG4T-mdE/27k2y1y_zLonFxBIREohIw/edit I made double pages, so it actually looks like a magazine. π

In the background, I'm working on my magazine ,but forgot to look here to see what you "guys" are making π Love what I've seen! I wanted to make the magazine in real magazine size and not square, but only thought of it after lesson 4 and now I don't have the energy resize the templates and to start all over again. π Will post my projects later this week.

I was too late d/l the cover, so changed the July version to a cover version. Deleted the dates and month layer.Turned the mask and added year and title. π And now back to my Cricut π
