I used a template from Chantahlia Design
From Creation Cassel the script RasterToMask
Use the largest photo as background, inverted, and gausian blur, and above it an overlay of digitalscrapbook.com
I made the adhesive tape myself with the colors in the photo by following a tutorial of the Scrapbook Campus
The paper under the text is a selection, filled with a color from the photo and added noice.
Visit the City Hall of Leuven, Belgium by a virtual tour 360°, you can even enter the city hall by clicking on the green dots.

So much to remember!
one should find a way to write down when you see something you would still like to use or try, along with where to find it.
But just writing everything down one after the other isn't an easy way when you're looking for something
-
Yes! that's it, thank you. I didn't have in mind to make a plaid with it, so I didn't go and watch that tutorial.
I had gotten to the point of enlarging the canvas, but then I was stuck. I didn't know what else to do. So it was: Effects, Rotating Mirror, that I needed to move on.
Thank you!

yes I mean you select a long fine rectangular selection and with that selection you make a background but I just remember I thought it was a nice background and I loved it because you had the colors of the photo that way too, but it wasn't a plaid.
I know I can't give a lot of details, and it's kinda vague that way

Hi everybody,
I'm looking for a tutorial I saw, on how to make a background paper by selecting a stroke in a photo and working with it, I just can't remember where I saw this ? Was it here in the Campus ?
-
Carole, ok ?
I've also tried shifting the settings, but I don't understand how it works either. I was curious
-
Carole yeah! ? you're not used to that from me LOL
-
I have never used the user defined filters. Is it something interesting to know for what and how it can be used? Or is there already a class or blog post about it somewhere?
-
I used Carole's template that you can find on the blog post. Thank you Carole.
background is a paper I once download on digitalscrapbook.com/pixelscrapper
for the color of the hearts and text I used a paper as texture
The text London is P22 Corinthia

Project 5, last project of the bootcamp :-(
I used a kit from: themegnoliapatch.blogspot.com. In this bootcamp I have learned to understand the shadows better.
I also never thought of using a paper as a texture for a text, for example a title like here in the last project.
Until now I have only used a paper as a background, now I have noticed that it can be used for much more.

Carole,
funny, but nice the fact that now you have to think of me when you see a collie :-)
Indeed, the photo's of my daughter have a pink tint, they are scanned photos. I used the white balance, but still a pink tint remained. It would be nice to do a blog post about that.

So nice to see all those beautiful and different projects.
great idea with the background Peter!
Sarah, Thank you!
Day 9, Project 4.
These are pictures of my daughter when she was 6 years old, this year she will be 43 years old.
The font is Ravie.
I used paper and elements from a kit, themagnoliapatch.blogspot.com

Day 7 - Project 3
The photos are my own.
For this project I took something from different kits, a paper here, an element there. Usually the kits I download come from a Blog Train on digitalscrapbook.com (pixelscrapper). Every month there is a new Blog Train in which different kits are offered for free. For example, this is the link to January's Blog Train https://www.digitalscrapbook.com/forums/digital-scrapbooking/digitalscrapbookcom-blog-trains/jan-2022-blog-train-final-list

Carole, quite correct, a detail I overlooked.
I've also moved the title slightly to the right.
thank you.

Carol, thanks for the compliments on my dog.
Day 5, project 2
This is a holiday photo from 2017, together with our friends on holiday in Austria. They have 2 Scottish Collies, one is my dog's brother. Before there was corona, we went for a walk with the dogs every day. The brothers have seen each other every day for 4 years. Due to the restrictions, they now see each other less and we see our friends less.

Day 3
I used the Fall in love kit

Carole, I forgot to pour my coffee :-)

my table :-)

thank you Lyn, I did use filter Unlimited, but still didn't quite understand importing and understanding a new database.
Clearly explained, thanks.

Thanks Christina for letting us know, I wish Annie a speedy recovery !

Hello everyone,
Wishing Cindy a speedy recovery.
I'm also participating, because even though I've learned a lot here on Campus, I'm still learning something new, and this bootcamp will certainly refresh my memory, and make me rediscover things.
And of course for my first photo I choose a photo of my dog. my best friend.
My workspace : Complete, color Dark grey

very nice to see the various themes, and the beautiful layouts.
Pirrko, I also look at the sky a lot, especially when there are clouds.
I used Cassel's lifted photos script and the Vellum Paper tutorial in the scrapbook campus.
the background is a gradient from Deviant Art, + an overlay from digitalscrapbook.com
B : Botanical garden
This is the oldest botanical garden in Belgium. The university laid out the garden in 1738 for its medical students. It is situated in the city centre and has an extent of 2.2 hectares.
Today, this unique place is managed by the city of Leuven. It has created a tropical conservatory, a water and fruit garden and the sunken garden. This, together with the picnic benches, the sea of flowers and art projects, make the Botanical Garden a favourite resting place for inhabitants and visitors.

Carole ok, now I understand, different styles of scrapbooking that would be interesting indeed.
I also thought about the new Frame tool in PSP 2022, what the possibilities are with that, but that might be a bit difficult because probably not everyone has or wants to use PSP 2022 yet?

Since I only stayed in my same environment for the year 2021, and only took pictures during the walks with my dog, I always have pictures of the same environment and usually of my dog. But, I also like to take pictures of the different skies. Since I no longer live in the countryside, that has also become difficult, but I try it anyway, I regret that I often miss the sunrise and sunset.
So I used pictures of the skies I took

Trish, thank you,
I went to look at the script, and therefore also looked at the Masterclass: Great Gradients where the explanation is also given.
Thanks for the support
