  1. I made this for the challenge on PSP Maniacs'
  2. On the PSP maniacs there was a some talk about using the Layer Styles and I started playing with this. First I duplicated the flowers only made a couple more layers of that and added some of the the layer styles on the a couple of them. I thought it turned out pretty so here it is.
  3. Today's free graphic on Creative Fabrica 3/13/24 is a huge bundle of Mushroom clip art. I downloaded and saved it & the extracted file is over 3 GB. They are beautiful, some with other flowers etc and others just mushrooms.
  4. I didn't sign up for bootcamp this time because of the Build A Kit, but I think I am going to give up on that because my PC has been in the shop for over a week and I am so far behind, I will never catch up. I have my laptop to make some comments but I don't have PSP on it and it is to hard to see that kind of stuff on the small screen. Bummer! Oh well I just hope the computer shop will be able to not loose everything on my old PC because that and a evaluation is all I was wanting. (sorry for all the grumbling)
  5. I never played board games much. My step sister and step brother were 6 & 7 years older than me and there were no other kids close. My family played Canasta and Pinochle. I know the basics in Pinochle but never could get interested enough to get any good at it... When my sister was expecting, she and her husband lived with us for a while.. She wanted to play Canasta all the time. A lot of times I was the only one there and not busy. Good grief, I got so tired of playing it, I couldn't stand the thought of playing cards for a long time. Oh well she did have a fine baby boy and he did not come out with hearts, spades, diamonds, or clubs all over him, so I guess it all turned out OK.
  6. K - Kiss Cookies A small chocolate cookie with a Hershey's kiss on top.
  7. G- German Chocolate Cake
  8. How sweet it is. Of course I waved my magic wand and took away all the calories.
  9. I guess I will start with the dogs I had before I got married. The first one I remember was Tiny that was a toy terrier I think. The 2nd one was Tiny Two a long haired Chihuahua., she was so small she would fit in my hand or a pocket so we had to name her Tiny also. Next I got another small mix breed. I couldn’t think of any names that would be good until I was giving her a belly rub a few day after getting her. On her chest ther was a big spot shaped like a heart and it even had what looked like an arrow going threw it, so Valentine is what me named her. Not long after I had her my Grandma’s neighbor’s dog had pups. We got one of those a fox terrier mix. That is the only time I have had two at the same time and the only male too. We named him Sandy because he was a sandy color. The next one was Candy, another small mix breed. When she was a pup she was black and I thought she looked like liquorices candy. She turned grey and white, but she was a sweet dog. That brings me up to my current dog Foxy. She is a Yorky/Pom mix. We hand not named her right away and she came walking into the bedroom and my Husband said she looked like a Fox Kit. We looked at each other and I told him you just named our dog. The only other animals I have had were horses and fish and I guess they are not really pets.
  10. OK this challenge got me playing with the kaleidoscope using a a multi colored striped picture and then doing another kaleidoscope made from that saved paper. Of course that got me playing with a bunch of other setting and having a blast. Now back to work.
  11. Thanks! I could not open that video in Firefox or Chrome but when I saw what it was called, I was able to do a search and found the info on Corel and I will try it.
  12. I can't remember how to add this to the file menu I have been trying to get used to using 2023. I know you showed us how to do it before, but I cant find that info. I do have it in my Scripts trusted in psp23 and can use it from there.
  13. Lesson 6. The photo was taken yesterday in front of my house. What a beautiful sunset after getting 5 inches of snow that day. I did the background and then had a copy of the original photo behind it and lowered the opacity just a little to let a hint of the other one show through.
  14. That plaid turned out great, and I agree it really sets off this page.
  15. My day 5. I did something different. I used a heart brush set to white on the mask and also star shaped brush. I then used the same heart brush set to white on a new layer and put it behind the mask group to make it show up better because it was on the dark background. The moon pick is mine. The background paper was created from a screenshot taken on an Explore.com live cam. It is so much fun to play play play.
  16. Lovely tribute to your Mother. She was a lovely lady. What you said about calling her on Mothere's day made me think about my Mother. My Oldest Sister would call her on her (my sister's) birthday and wish Mom a happy Mothers day. The first time Mom was confused and said it wasn't Mothers Day, and my Sis said well it was the first day you were a Mother. Sis did that for years.
  17. my Day 4 The photo was from the Black Sands Beach area on Hawaii Big Island. The background paper was adjusted from "Ocean-Water-Background-Digital-Paper-27720793 10 " I have no idea where that was downloaded from years ago.
  18. Project 3 Hey corn is a vegetable.
  19. Day 2 I gave up trying to make the plaid paper and adapted one I already had. I was looking for the "custom selection" command in the wrong place. GRRR! I will try again to make the plaid for something else.
  20. K = Keepsakes Perhaps the presents the Bride and Groom give their attendants .
  21. I made this using some pictures I took last month.
  22. What a gorgeous photo of that magnificent bird and perfectly presented without adding a bunch of things to distract from the bird.
