Re-posting with changes.

I followed Carole's directions for embellishing the wine glass and coffee cup shapes.

EDIT: Revised my layout inspired by Lynda and please give me a new assignment! With the two side by side you can see the little adjustments I made. I just can't help fiddling..... lol

I just finished my LO and it is about my faourite drink of all: COFFEE! I'm nowhere without my morning coffee. I reused the Wise Words template nr. 5 and adapted it for this LO. The coffee-words I found on Pixelscrapper, the papers are in my stock. Furthermore I used Caroles floppy bow, flower, datestamp script and miteredcorner script. I took photos of my coffeemachine and the coffeecups. Maybe I should have given the orange paper a bit of a texture?

Hello Scrapbook Campus Friends.  Ginger Spiced came about because of my love for ginger.  The photo is from Unsplash.  The title alpha comes from Marisa Lerin of Pixel Scrappers.  The corner cluster was made from psp tubes I have in a folder ... which is now rather full to overflowing!  The background papers are my own creation.  Thanks for takin a peek!

Annie, thank you and like you I love ginger too. Nice page and where would we be without sites like Pixelscrappers to find very nice things to use. I find your idea of making a cluster with psp tubes great. I have never thought of that and perhaps I will give that a try on another LO. I learn so much here and get so many good ideas to follow up.

Thanks very much Corrie. It is fun making the clusters from tubes. Just about anything can be put together and you end up with something unique. I hope you have fun with it my friend. ;)

I also agree with Ann, Corrie, and Annie about coffee being one of my favorite drinks, although I would not say no to a glass of wine with some pasta dish.

Ann, this is a fun layout, and to add the conversation between the glass and cup was a great idea.

Corrie, nice layout, and I really like the colors. Carole has some great scripts, and I like this datestamp script; I think this is the last one, which I don't have it yet. Imho, you don't need to add texture to the orange paper, but you can always try and see if you like it.

Annie, you have just introduced me to a new drink. :) I don't know this Ginger Spiced, and as I also like ginger, I think I would like it too... I will google it... lol

I am still not inspired to create as many layouts as before. I finished the calendar pages, and I think I will go back to my Christmas Recipes pages, that I started last year and never finished.

Corrie, I just wanted to say that I don't think the orange paper needs any texture, it is lovely just as it is. You really have created a delightful page my friend, colours, stamp, elements ... everything about it. Sometimes simplicity is the best as it is more eye catching. Overdressed pages tend to confuse and distract. Well done Hon. ;D

Dear Cristina, I hope you are able to source the ginger spiced whiskey. It is not available here in Australia. We do have Stone's Green Ginger Wine which is very heady but much too sweet for me and I would tend to use it more for cocktails. Like yourself I am still struggling with my creative inspiration. I come up with an idea and as soon as it appears the desire drifts away. One day at a time apparently must be the way for you and I at the moment. Perhaps the planets are not in a good alignment for us, lol! It is funny really as I feel more comfortable at this pace so perhaps less is more for me! ;D

Hi Annie, no, the planets are not in a good alignment for us, LOL ...I was never a fast scrapper, but at the moment, my inspiration is just zero, null, nada, niente. :D ... To participate in the Calendar Challenge was ok because I didn't have to think much besides choosing images from Pixabay... But I am Ok with that; I am sure inspiration will come back at some point... Meanwhile, I watch Carole's tutorials and learn more.

I didn't know that the Ginger Spiced was a whiskey beverage; I assumed it was a liqueur that could be added to Prosecco or something like that.  I don't know either if one or the other is available here in Germany. I will investigate. :)

Best wishes, my friend. <3

Thank you Annie and Cristina for your comments and I decided to leave the orange paper without some texture. I tried it but it didn't work out nice. I don't have much inspiration either at this moment. The Covid-19 is back in full force around Europe and it is early dark outside and on some days grey and misty but with mild temperatures. Something positive. There will be better times ahead!!! Best wishes my friends

You are most welcome dear Corrie. I think the overall pulse of COVID has left us all depleted. As you say (hopefully) better times ahead. Best wishes to you as well my friend. ;)

This is another for the drinks theme challenge.  The 4 photos are from Unsplash and scrap kit used was Alicia Mujica's 'Autumns Days'.  Layout was my own idea!  Thanks for takin a peek my friends.

My Life Time of Drinks.

Yes,  I was given Southern Comfort in my milk on doctors' orders.  I had a real hard time digesting milk as a wee one.

I guess this is why I can drink it with no reactions which is great when at a party serving drinks.

<Jumps up and down excited to see Annie> Lookin good  tonight Annie Love with you did as usual .

I love what you did with your page Dorothy and what a clever doctor you had as a babe. My mum used to put a wee bit of brandy in her babies bottles at night when they were teething ... helped them to sleep and the rest of the household as well! Thanks my friend. ;D
