Great Picture Christina. Often the best results come about when you don’t over think things and just go for it.

Meant to say, a big THANK YOU Cassel, challenging it was but enjoyable. Big huggles and well done everyone who has been part of this challenge.

As its the last one and I have things to do, I have kept this as simple for me as I could. I used Cassels script to make some glitter backgrounds and used an image from corel which was part of their free downloads for the month of December. I made a metal worked stud using using a filter forge plugin Oriental ball by Imijimi, super plugin, love it. TFL

I’m a day behind and here is my day 4. I have only done the card as it took a bit of time to put this together. It turned out suitable for a child’s Christmas card. I used images from Pixabay and altered them to suit, i.e. changing colours and reducing size etc. i also used Cassel’s Clouds script for smoke. I used the brightness darkness technique as taught by Cassel to give a bit of depth and shape. TFL

My No 4. I used a Christmas Paper I already had on PC and used a square doily using Cassels script. i used another free image from Pixabay, a corner brush and EC Impact plugin-Chrome. I used Monotype Corsiva font and EC plugin again. The ribbon and bow were made from Cassels scripts. Its quite dark or rich coloured and am sure it would look better for real rather than digi. TFL

C = Clan as in family clan.
Here is my No 3. I used images from Pixabay and Cassels Christmas Lights tube. I used a brick texture for the card front. I used EC plugin to make the gold edgings. TFL.

Welcome Claudia. We tend to come from different parts of the globe and it is a lovely and friendly place here. I am from the UK. Everyone is very supportive and appreciative of work shared for viewing. You will find Cassel an amazing teacher who goes that extra mile not only to teach you new things but if you have a problem you wont have to wait days for a response, she is right on it and can often help you put things right. She also has a fantastic shop where you can browse for her fantastic scripts and tubes etc. Anyway, I hope you enjoy being here.
Also, don’t forget to sign up for the monthly webinars which are free and so, so good.

I had a go at this and love the effect even though I am glad it was really a dry day albeit a dull day for walking in the woods. I have provided a before and after image. Thank Cassel.
Sheila x
Thank you Dawn, I wasn’t sure with any of it at times but I can be really good at procrastination.

I struggled a bit with this one as the photo is an old scanned one so not the best of quality. I had downloaded the free bandaged numbers and thought it went really well with this photo of me many years ago. I used images from Pixabay and extracted some of them which I used as my clusters. One side with the practical skills of training and the other with images to represent the academic stuff to study in order to demonstrate a knowledge base to pass all my exams. I used Cassels stitching font, my own backers which I textured and used Cassels scripts Edge magic and inked edges. I used some brush swirly things and a water colour splash. can’t remember who’s or the name of the font. Anyway, TFL.
Sheila x
Dawn I just love what you have done and you have made a lovely cluster. I never print anything out either, always save them to disc.
Sheila xx
Nice work Christina and Marlene. I too love your backer Cristina. Marlene, I never knew much about Ned Kelly and love that you always give such great information with your journaling.
