Travel Tale Challenge Day 3
I took 3 hours to do this one. My Paint shop pro 2020 is not working right. I will try to do a better stamp next time.
I put up a photo of the Hotel we stayed at, and also the outside dinning area. We were a walking distance from the ocean. This is at Palenque, Dominican Republic, close to Santo Domingo.
Day 2 : I did Day 1 earlier today, but I think I got confused with what I was suppose to create.
I did Day 2 right now and I hope I did it right. My son and I went to Central America 8 years ago (The Dominican Republic) It beautiful over there. I hope I did this one right. Carole, I learned something new today, about using the pen tool and holding the shift tool to make a straight line. Thank you.
Day 1: Sorry I got behind. This is about my son and I traveling to Central America. We went on the plane from Birmingham. Alabama to Atlanta, Georgia. From Atlanta we took the plant to Santo Domingo Dominican Republic. We stayed at Palenque in a beautiful motel next to the sea.
I will try to word on Day 2 later today.
You all are doing a great job. I don’t have internet, so I use the tethering on my cellphone. Yesterday T-Mobile and some other companies were having problems all over the U.S.A. so I was without cellphone service.
Hi everybody. I haven’t traveled lately but I do have pictures of where I have traveled in the past. I’m looking forward to learning something new. Thanks.
Day 11- Project 5 I did this other one just now. I just did it without the video. She’s my granddaughter and her baby girl. I forgot to write down that I also learned about the “merge down” for the squares made. This is awesome.
Day 11 – 5th Project
Hi Carole, I used regular layers and painted most of them. The baby is my great grandson, another baby with the name of Samuel LOL. I learned how to use the paper as a pattern today. I have learned a lot from your classes and tomorrow if I have a chance I will come and take note of the projects (what I learned). Thank yo so much for taking your time to help s learn. Have a blessed weekend.Day 9 — Project 4. I enjoyed this class as well as the other one’s. Carole, I am so in awe at how I am learning so many new things in each lesson. I loved the eraser one, wow that is amazing. The baby (Baby Ray) on the the pictures is my great grandson. He was eating sweet bread for the first time. My youngest son is the one on the picture, he is the baby’s grandpa. Thank you so much Carole.
Day 7 Project 3 I enjoyed this class as usual and had never used the “Guides, snap to guides” that was so interesting and informative for me. Also the “Control-Y” for shadow. I downloaded the free paper and painted most of them to blend the colors with the pictures. I took the pictures today after church, the children are my great grandchildren whom I love very much. I also wrote the poem. Thank you so much Carole. I will try to practice more since I am barely working with scrap book. I am sorry I have not congratulated the beautiful people for their work, but I don’t know where to reply to their posts.
Laurie, I love your work. I hope you get my message. I don’t know how to get around the forum.
Day 5 Lesson 2
I hope I got it right. I used the papers Carole had to download, but the first one I used didn’t blend in with the picture I was going to use. I got a regular layer, chose a color and then I used a pattern from Paint shop pro. The bottom one I colored it and used a pattern on it. The baby on the picture is my great granddaughter. Thanks Carole, I know I need a lot to learn but you are a great help.
It looks beautiful. Great job.
Day 3. I had uploaded the image but I didn’t see it come through. I didn’t like the way I did it, I might redo it tomorrow. The baby on the picture is my great grand son Samuel. I have not meet him yet, they live in the State of Alabama, Thanks for the lesson Carole.
Day 3 Hi, I enjoyed this lesson. I might try it again tomorrow. I don’t like the way I did it. The baby is my great grandson. I forgot the day he was born. They live in Alabama, I still have not seen him in person.
Joan White Great job on your sandwich.
I am sorry I forgot to put the bread together with the bottom one.
Hi, I used a PNG table cloth from Clean png. I also put a little bit of shadow on the cup bottom. Thanks for looking. I enjoyed this tutorial,
