Hi Shirl,
I hope you feel better and can make calendars too!
Big Hugs,
DeLoris
Thank you ladies!
I love my slideshows. I play them on TV quite often and expesically at “family times”. This is why I’m soo excited about doing a calendar. I’ve never done one before. Carole may create a calendar monster too!!!

DeLoris
Thank you Michele and Cristina. My Photo Books are my life. It’s what I do. Am I addicted? Yep! LOL
God Bless you both!
DeLoris
Thank you Royanne. Your page is darling! She will love this when she is an adult. Do you make photobooks? I love doing them and have them printed at Shutterfly. Then I make a slideshow, add music and make movies of them. So we have the books and the movies (to watch on tv). It’s FUN! I do a family book every year.

Marlene, Such wonderful memories you have. I use to write poetry, but it was for me and I never shared them. I did write one for my grandson Danny when he was a few months old. I’ll attach it.

DeLoris
Marlene, these pages are lovely! I love the poem.

Looking forward to it!!!!!

Anne, I love your page. I really like the central photo and the others on each side. Great Job!

Peter, Learn and have fun at the same time! Can’t get any better than that!

I finished the lab and here is my layout. The Parguet Pattern was too difficult for me (I am blind in 1 eye and it was just to much strain – I tried twice) so I used Filter Forge to make it. I loved making the paper pattern and doilie! Fun Lab Carole!

I am excited too! I’ve never made a calendar before!
Can’t wait!

Thank you Michele! My orthopedic surgeon would not be happy with me if he knew some days I am on my computer most of the day! LOL

Marlene, this is beautiful and it is good to hear your sister is doing better! Michele, that is sad. After my youngest brother (older than me) passed away from cancer, my oldest brother, my sister and I combined the few pictures we had and I got to make my siblings book. It took me a year to make and my brother paid for the books. I still need to buy one for me so I have 2, because I have 2 daughters and I want them each to have one. These old vintage pages are soooo special to us and out children.
I think I’ve share this before. It is the video I made of my siblings book.

DeLoris
Thank you Dawn. It is an interesting class with lots to learn. I’ll be looking for your results!

DeLoris
Here’s my last overflowing result. I don’t want to do anymore! 🙂 Too much work for my small brain!

Thank you Cristina! 🙂 Michele, life throws us lots of curves. For all I’ve gone through, I am truly blessed and grateful. I have 2 beautiful and kind daughters and a wonderful grandson. Good times, bad times, it all leads you to where you are today. All paths lead you to “YOU”. We should always count our blessings and be thankful.
Big Hugs Honey!

This is the last effect in the Corel Presentation. I like the vignette filter, but did not care for the graduated filter. In my PSP 2019, there is a lag time in using both of these filters. When I make an adjustment, I have to wait for it to change. The graduated filter I just did not understand how to manipulate it to get the same effect that I got in the vignette one only using color. A class on that filter would be GREAT!

Thank you ladies for the comments. I live alone, so PSP keeps me out of the bars! LOL I have lots of free time and this is why I love this forum and the campus. I’ve spent years scrapbooking pages for my photobooks and didn’t take the time to learn all the things PSP has to offer. Cassel’s Campus and Facebook Group has given me an outlet to learn things I never took the time to learn before. Since my grandson doesn’t want his picture taken anymore and I can only take so many pictures of Heidi, this give me things to do.
Here is the 4th lesson in Corel’s Presentation. It was making work overlays and using different artistic effects.

Here’s the 3rd photo enhancement from the corel Presentation. It was making a silhouette.

This is a picture of my paternal great grandparents. I used Carole’s lace and a vintage kit by Kimeric Kreations.

Here’s the 2nd photo enhancement exercise. It making a blurred background.

DeLoris
Thank you all for the nice comments! I’m pleased you like the layouts!
I watched Carole’s Corel Class and here is the 1st photo enhancement. This one was a black and white background with the main focus in color.

DeLoris
Royanne, your page is beautiful! I love the colors!
I have to tell this story to explain my picture (You might not be able to read the words on the page since it is so small here. My mother died when I was 7 and my father died when I was 12. My mother’s mother saved the ribbons from their flowers that were at their funerals. She kept them in a bag in the barn loft. When I got married in 1968, she made me this quilt from their ribbons. I never use it of course because it is fragile since it is made of ribbons. But, I layed it across my rocker to this picture. This is a page in my Siblings Photo Book.

Hi everyone! I have registered for the Up To Date Challenge and am looking forward to it. I’ve made books, but never a calendar!
Sounds like FUN!

I made a layout with the Overflow Tutorial from Sunday’s Webinar. I didn’t make it right, but here is what I did. It was a tough challenge for me, but I thoroughly enjoyed the class!

I bought Heidi a new toy and she is having a blast with it. It’s like a fishing pole with fluffy things on the end. She goes crazy and jumps so high trying to get it. It’s a hoot! I used Cassel’s Photostrip script too! 🙂
Hugs,
DeLoris
Rae, I loved what you did on your pages. I like the photobooth one!
