Annie, Dawn, and Michele thank you so much. <3
Annie, I totally agree with Dawn; it is a joy to see your work and creativity. No matter what the challenge is about, you always surprise us with fantastic layouts.
Sue, thank you so much for your words of encouragement. <3 … I will probably finish the cards this year as I don’t have that many recipes. But there are recipes that I make to give as a present, and some of them change every year.
Your layout is lovely and has so many details. I love the wavy title.
Carole’s webinar yesterday was great, and I learned new techniques: enhancing the photo with blend mode, and the wavy title like you did. I also loved the layouts she created; the idea of using the chain tube was really interesting. She has so many aces up her sleeve!
Last year I purchased the Recipes Templates by Scrapping with Liz, and started to work on making a Christmas/New Year cookbook with my recipes but didn’t go far. I will try to finish a few layouts before the end of this year. So far, I managed to do four… Let’s see how far I’ll go 🙂
I made the Photo Corners and Slipped-in-Photo based on Cassel’s tutorials (Creative Scrap>Fasteners)
Photos are from the internet and font AltasGreeting Standard.
Papers: DedeSmith, DiHiller, and Eyeinspire
Trish, very nice layout. I like the background paper, the colors… Great work.
Sue, what can I say? As always, you created wonderful layouts!
Michele, Bonnie and Annie, you all have created beautiful and lovely layouts. As Annie has said, it is a joy to come here and see all this great work!
Sue, I think you did a great job, and the layouts look spooky-great… I agree with you and think Annie’s layout with eyebrows made it scarier and unique. 🙂
Michele, thank you so much for your kind comment! Actually, the photos were from 3 different occasions, and as soon as I uploaded them here, I noticed that the dates were very faint. It was light grey, so I tweaked it to black. I do this very often, tweaking the layouts after I had uploaded it here. 🙂
Trish, nice layouts.
Annie, I love the last sunset layout.
Jnet, beautiful photo.
Trish, very nice Halloween sunset layout.
I am not getting any email notifications lately. There are so many new posts, so I will try to check all the layouts.
Jnet and Annie, you both achieved wonderful results!
Like Michele, I was/am not getting any notifications, so I got surprised to see so many new posts. I will go over them and hopefully, I will not miss anyone.
Dawn and Annie, thank you so much for your kind words. <3
Peggy, you made a “spooky-cute” fun invitation. Well done.
Annie and Sue, you both achieved terrific results on the Spooky2 tutorials. Great work!
Annie, I lol with your skull with eyebrows! 😀
A few days ago, I stumbled with a half-finished layout that I started to work on last year for the November Word Challenge – Thanks.
I know that sometimes I am slow, but this for sure is a record. 🙂
I decided to finish it, and here it is.
I used a template by Scrapping with Liz (Photo Mat Full Template2); a kit by DedeSmith (6Bes), and elements from various designers (Harper Finch, Kristin Aagard, and Janet Scott)
Trish, very nice layout. I still have to try this technique; it looks great.
I was stuck on page 1 and didn’t notice that there was already a page 2 with more lovely layouts.
Sue, what a cute resident you have! Beautiful photo and lovely layout.
Michele, beautiful card, and also a great way to use the corner punches. I am always in awe of everybody’s creativity!
Annie, Dawn, and Michele, you all achieved great results on the Triple Frame tutorial. They look beautiful!
Sue is always so kind to share her knowledge with us. Thank you, Sue!
Hi Annie, Dawn, Sharon, and Michele, thank you all so much for your kind comments on my layout! They mean a lot to me. <3
Sharon, you are fast. 🙂 You achieved a great result on the Spooky2 tutorials!
Dawn, the card is just lovely. You are always surprising and showing us different ways to use the corner punches. Great work!
Sue, I love the tags, and they are a great idea for an advent calendar. Nice job!
I finally managed to come up with a layout to practice the tutorials from the Lab9-Module 09 (Circle Text – Metallic Word – Layered Flower).
Template by Scrapping with Liz (freebie 2017Dec); Kit Winter Fun (2017Feb) by DiHiller-PixelScrapper; Heart String by Sheila Reid.
Trish, those cakes look delicious!
Michele, I love the card, especially the way you used the corner punches. It looks great!
Annie, what a lovely layout!
Sue and Michele, I already commented on FB, but I will do here again: your photos and layouts are beautiful! It’s really a joy to look at your work.
Sue, I also mentioned here somewhere, I love how you and Dawn use the corner punches. It is very creative!
Sharon, nice work! I have yet to try both tutorials; hopefully soon. 🙂
Michele, this is for sure a fun page. Good work!
Sue, you are as fast as lightning! Great work!
Sue, the layouts are beautiful and so are the photos, as usual. 🙂
I love the creative way how you and Dawn use the corner punches brush.
Mireille, lovely layout.
Royanne, great layouts, and stories!
Annie, you created beautiful layouts, although one was about a sad event: the fires. I love to see all the techniques in each one of them, and Cassel’s alpha.
Royanne, this is a lovely layout, and your granddaughter is a cutie.
Annie, very nice layout. I love the bubble background paper.
Cheryle, nice effect you achieved with water photo overlay/opacity.
Here is my Day 7. I used the Everyday Kit by Harper Finch, and also Cassel’s Journal Bits script.
Thanks, Carole, for the challenge. It is always fun to participate.
Michele, the card is just lovely. Like you, I love the corner punch brushes, and I don’t have this one yet!
Bonnie, very nice layout. I also love how you placed the photos. Great work.
Sharon, the manila folders look so real. Great job.
Annie, this snail here is not going to win any race any time soon! LOL But I love to see everybody’s projects with different techniques and styles… Your latest layout is another nice one; you have great talent to find amazing photos!
Sue, this is just beautiful! I love, love it!
Day 6. Kit 6Be’s and Atbb by Dedesmith.
Here is my Day 5. I made two layouts as I was very undecided which color, papers, and kit to use. For one, I used the “Baby Shower” paper overlays by Jessica Dun (Pixel Scrapper) and Alpha “Sweet Spring” by Harper Finch. For the other, I used the Promise Collection kit by Shabby Princess.
